Delivery could be faster. At times I forgot that I ordered something, that's how long it takes

I ordered 5 items which I got very disappointed on 2 of them. I tried to return them but it was impossible base in I'm in the United States too far for them to proceed with a return, Instead I got partial refund and I kept the item. I only got satisfied with 1 item and it's beautiful the other 2 are just ok fair for the price.

I will never order here from ChicMe, this is someone making clothes out of their home with a sewing machine. SCAM. They are out of the united stated. I went to return my order and was told because of the 14 days rule. I am not even upset about their rule, I was just in disbelieve about their product. When I took the white outfit out of the package I was in disbelieve. I had to run around town to find another outfit at my local stores for the new year's eve party. I order this on Dec 13,2021, due Covid 19 and Christmas holiday I took my order way too long than expected. NO EXCUSES= WARNING DO NOT ORDER, CHEAP MATERIAL AND LOOK LIKE A HIGH SCHOOL TAKING A BEGINNER SEWING LESSON. When I showed the outfit to a relative she said or you going to go get baptized at church. This is so wrong, but I will count it as a donation for someone trying to start a business. Whoever the owner is please shut your website down before someone takes legal action on your product.

This was my first time buy from ChicMe and it was easy. I found everything I wanted and more. I definitely will shop here again.

Well, it took a month for me to receive my items. And also, although my size was correct, the clothes were much too small. The items are made for small boned women. Thanks, ChicMe for the experience.

I was really hesitant to purchase from a random on-line store I knew nothing about. They took over a month to get here. Now that they are here, I absolutely love them. Tons of compliments. I have really narrow feet so they are a little loose. BUT because they have the zipper, the show starts on just fine. I'm very happy

This company has the worst customer service. I returned all three items in the exact packaging as I received them and they will not refund my money. This has been a real hassle
