I purchased two shirts from the company (at a low cost I admit), and received one of the items damaged. I Even if it had arrived in perfect condition I would not have kept the items as they were absolutly terrible quality and fit. It was such a scam compared to the photo. The real issue began with the customer service and the return situation. I very clearly asked for a return/refund and I spend a full week of daily emails from the company trying to bargain with me to keep the item for $5 off or $10 off my next purchase. I repeatedly was very clear about the desire to return, and the level of incompetence and skeeziness is truly hard to describe. After literally 45 emails arguing with them that the item was damaged and I wanted a refund, I'm giving up and just accepting loss. PLEASE - do not support this company.
The zipper is broken and am having a difficult communicating the problem so it can be replaced.
Their delivery is never on time, their refunds are impossible, and the customer service is reprehensible. Everything you buy from here, you can buy from a different website so please do not waste your time.

ChicMe wait time is way over a month. The shipping is never updated and when you inquire about the orders they state that they will get back with you and never do. I requested my money back and they stated that the orders been shipped but USPS have never received the orders, but ChicMe gives you a Tracking number. This ridiculous and not acceptable.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
