Took too long to come and I didn't like the material of the clothes. Looked different on the pictures also everything looked so big and baggy. Won't be ordering again from there

Preferred items over a month in a half ago. Sent customer service a message 3 weeks later since no one contacted me to inform me that some items were out of stock. If I had not reached out I wound have never known. As if today 10/18/2023 order still has not been received. I have cancelled this order.

When I went to process the return I realized they only had a 14 day period of returns and it was already 30 days since receiving my parcel.
Updated status was waiting to be shipped from the warehouse. After a month of no updates, I emailed customer service for them to tell me that my size was no longer available. They refunded my money quickly.
The shopping experience was great. Plenty of styles to choose from at great prices. I like the ability to track orders easily
