Been after a glitzy pair of flip flops for a beach wedding just the job no shipping notification but arrived quickly!

I didn't like the fact that to return an item, it has to be shipped to the USA from Europe and customer has to pay for it. It's not worthed. I bought mainly underwear and the quality it's not good so will not purchase again fron this site

Unfortunately, when you buy shoes from overseas, the cut may be different from how shoes are made here in the US. We usually have an option of (Meduim, Wide, or Extra Wide). The shoes I purchased were too small and one too large. I will not be purchasing shoes anymore. Its a hassle trying to send them back so I just kept them. I'll give them away.

I was very upset I had to pay $15.99 for express shipping to get it by 2/24

There was a little mix up with the payments which was a bit stressful and the clothes only just arrived in time for the party, but overall they came, were of good quality and I like them! I'll definitely use this company again.

Beware of shopping at Chic Me if you have to return anything! I requested a return the next day after I received my items. They told me I had 2 weeks to send it back, it took them a week to give me the return instructions and address... they first tried to negotiate a percentage back but I refused! Once I received the return information (for which I had to pay for shipping), they refused to accept my package because it was mailed flat rate via USPS... so bottom line, I'm out $50 worth of items and $16 shipping fee! Customer service is useless and refused to help me... please do not order from this place if you may need to return an item! HORRIBLE business!

Product didn't come when it was supposed to and the bottoms was to big on one of the outfits and the rhinestone bottoms didn't come with a top like it shows I won't be ordering from here ever again
