Very easy to use and pay for, Item just as described.

First time buying. Prices are great, teddy was beautiful, communication with the company was good. Shipping took about a month but it is coming from a long ways away just keep this in mind if you are wanting it for a special occasion.

Getting the items were ok, arrived in good time. But if you want a refund, is very stressful because they don't want to give u a refund straight away. They try and ask you to accept 10% and when I refused and said no I want my full refund, they came back again offering me 20%, then 40% and then finally they said ok I would get me full refund. But I had to pay for it to be sent back, which was expensive. Then when they gave me my refund which can take up to 20days (which I'm still awaiting for to come into my account) it was wasn't the full refund, they said I don't get my postage back. So I'm very disappointed with this site and would not recommend it.

I was a little disappointed one shirt ran too big the other top very small. Delivery took awhile.

Customer service awful if you need to return anything.

Everything I have order has been great. Just a few items were too small

My experience was great. Received my package in perfect condition. The items were true to size and material washes very well. Most definitely will do business with them again and spread the word.

Product was cheap, not worth the money I paid for returns made very difficult and expensive to send item back to the company USA based.
Product didn't look or resemble anything like the picture. Sizing comes up very small.
