Disappointing. Material not great. Color was cream and not white as ordered. After washing small hole in material appeared. Took so long to arrive not worth sending back

Response time is bit slow and not clear when there is one.

Products are cute, and have great quality. The shipping is what scares me. When ladies order clothes they don't want to wait 3 weeks for their items. Need to improve on faster shipping.

It arrived late and one item didn't fit right, it's easy poorly made.

Would of been better if it didnt take that long but it come and was very happy in the end.

All went ok and I received items fairly quickly. I only wanted to keep 1 (of 3) items and asked how to return the other 2. Was offered only 15% refund then got a curt email saying have to pay for return. I've emailed back but no response; not impressed and left with 2 dresses that don't fit me!
