Products not as nice as photos sizes were not right for the shirt I bought but pants were ok

The quality and appearance of the goods do not even remotely correspond to the photo.

I found it really hard to judge sizes by your size guide and every outfit fits differently so I was lucky anything fits. I don't think I will order from here again due to this reason as I now need to get my sewing lady to alter all the items I ordered.

Also I would have to say your website is very painful to use. I had a lot of trouble connecting to your online help. It kept disconnecting in the middle of me chatting to someone and this happened twice. Then I couldn't get back in to the chat all on my computer so then I tried on the phone app and then the same thing happened. Very frustrating. I think you need to look at a website that is easier for customers to navigate and check the size guides. I was trying to find out about items on the chat prior to just purchasing so I hope they are the right size! I also find your size guides for some items are confusing as you had the same size for the bust as the waist and the bust is usually always more than the waist measurement so I really hope the sizes I picked are right because it says no exchanges on sizes even for cami set pyjamas which I don't think is right as online ordering for sizes is very hard even with measurements until your try them on. I had to go larger sizes just to make sure as looks like most items are a small fit by looking at the measurements. It would also be helpful if you list the metric measurements in centremetres as well as inches next to each other as it took me ages to do the conversions as I don't know inches well only know centremetres.
