I absolutely LOVE the products that I ordered. They came out as promised and I'm pleased with the quality. However, you can get similar items from other companies in literally 1/4 of the time (without paying freight charges).

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
