Site easy to navigate and use. Delivery took about a month which sucked but is expected coming from over seas. The sizing chart is misleading, I do not believe they are standard US sizes but rather chinese size chart meaning everything runs small. Ended up getting 2 shirts that don't fit bc of the misleading size chart. Luckily I ordered my wife outfit in an XL or my entire order would of been to small

3/25/22 As of last week, I was finally able to get a full refund, that is MINUS a $8 shipping cost for the return.
After waiting a few weeks for my items to arrive, all three pieces of clothing where so cheaply made that I could see thru the material and 2 pieces of clothing where even frayed in certain areas, as if done so quickly that they didn't complete the sewing process. I have attempted to get a refund 3x now only to have to not be given this option, I was offered 10% refund for clothing that I will NEVER wear, then 20% and a 10% coupon for the next purchase. This was my first and last purchase with ChicMe. I have shopped at SHEIN and prefer that company as their return policy is less of a hassle and the clothing is made with better quality material. Overall ChicMe gets a 0 rating to me!

This item arrived and it is very poor quality and fit. Another order I made offered me a discount coupon until we got to the Paypal payment screen when suddenly, the coupon mysteriously disappeared. I contacted customer service to either get the coupon re-attached or to cancel the order. They offered a much smaller coupon on a future order. Yeah, right! I cancelled the order. It took several attempts to get that concept through to the CS people.

Most of their clothes are 2 sizes too small... when the clothing factory are doing the picking how do the picker as well as the customers (US) are able to verify the sizes? If you notice none of chicme clothes have size tags in them... The reason some of the clothes may not fit is because they are just shipping out whatever size is in stock at the time... it would just be nice to verify the size

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
