Shipping is long but sandals were exactly as pictured above

I had a horrible experience purchasing from this website. I wish I had never run up on it or I should have at least read reviews of on it before making a purchase. I purchased a pair of shoes from ChicMe that did not fit. I immediately requested a refund and they kept emailing me every day offering to give me 10% of the refund back and offering to keep the shoes, 15% back and offering for me to keep the shoes, then 20% back, etc. It was so petty to keep coming back to me with these offers. It was simple, I purchased the shoes they don't fit, so I should have been given my refund as the website states. They wouldn't do it. They're only giving me a portion of my refund back and that's it. Terrible customer service they shouldn't even be allowed to do business if they are going to run it like that.

The order took a while to arrive. Meterial not great. I ordered a L and I take a 12. It was too small.

Found some cute items but when I received them they were way too short.

The order took 3 weeks. When I finally received it, the quality was poor. One of my shirts didn't look like the description at all. Not impressed.

Took a bit longer to receive than I expected. Fabric pattern wasn't centered nice enough. Too much pattern on one side. Looked uneven

Everything arrived quickly and was exactly as described and pictured. Fit was perfect.

No full return policy sucks. A minimum payment is insufficient in this world. Need a different size and would have been happy with an exchange you don't offer

Nothing fit properly most were to small and the fee that did fit the shirts hung to low in the front I'm not able to where to work

When I purchased the product it's looked like good and they don't tell you about the size either for the manufacture. They don't have size plus
