Waited too long for delivery. Sizes for 1 shirt perfect. 1 other shirt will have to hem too long.
1 shirt way to small will be giving away as a gift to someone who wears extra small, when item is large.

I was told that i was going to receive on a certain day but didn't.

I never received my order I reached out and was only offered ten dollars towards another purchase when I lost eighty one of the items was no longer in stock and I never received my money back from that was told I could only pick another item I will not be purchasing anything else from this company

The clothing is sizable, expandable wears that are affordable and adjustable to size. I've purchased several clothing articles from Chicme and would definitely recommend the products to others due to them being inexpensive, comfortable and easy to wear. As evening attire and business professional

I have never in my life dealt with a company like this, First of all, I was not satisfied with the quality of the material, plus it was not true to size, so I tried to have it returned, they wanted to give me 10% of my refund and I keep the items, I would not accept that, so they offered me 30% and I keep the items, I told them that I wanted all my refund, finally they sent me an address as to where I could return it, and it was going to cost as much as my items, so I decided to keep them and give them away, but you can count on me never ordering from your company ever again.

Good overall service, del a little slow, good item

My experience was okay. I tracked the package and there was a message about the product being sanitized. This message appeared days after the product had already arrived as well. There was also something written in a different language

I had to reach out twice to see where my order was at took over a month to get the order

Understanding products are coming from overseas, my items took 3 weeks to arrive. I was ok with this, but when they didn't fit, I wanted to do a return. ChicMe does it make the return process easy. You have to send your issues to Customer Service then they'll issue you a ticket where you again let them know what's wrong with your order. They have 24-48 hours to respond. After spending $60, I was offered either a $10 refund, 10% off my next order or $10 off my next order; all of which I was not happy with. Don't bother asking if there's anything else they could do…apparently it costs more to process a return. I am not at all happy with my 1 and only experience with this company.

The most comfortable boots I own. Very bright in colour. I'm unsure if they will stand the test of time. But I am incredibly satisfied with the comfort and style.
