I placed my order mid March with the thought of receiving my items by April 28th for a trip. I reached out to customer service numerous times because my trip date was quickly arriving. The agents at customer service tell you don't worry it's in transit. It's an international order it takes time. Well I order from China all the fine and receive my orders within a week. I've asked if be reshipped but was told no. I am now on my trip and the order status says plane arrived. It's said that for over a week. I am highly disappointed in Chic Me.

My items took a long time to come. I'm sure it was the post office fault. But the Chic Me customer service team tracked it down and gave me updates. Miraculously it appeared and I'm sure it was due to their inquiries. So that's a plus
The shoes I purchased are beautiful and as expected, except they did not fit me. Both pairs where very thigh on the top of my foot. I wish they had fit. Quality is very good. Unfortunately I have to return and that's were the problem is. It is very difficult to return or figure out the return. I followed the instructions when I finally figured it out and I am supposed to be contacted within 24 hours yet I have not been contacted and you only get 14 days to return. So I am very unhappy with customer service. Product is great, customer service not so much.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
