When trying to return items for refund, I was only offered a percentage refund. Not good service at all and the returns process is very convoluted.
I ordered two sizes to see which one will fit better and I assumed, as with any other clothing vendor I would be able to send the other item back for a full refund. They did offer me 3% cash back and told me I could keep the size that doesn't fit. I guess someone in my circle will be gifted the jumpsuit that didn't fit. That's a plus.
