It took a little over a month to receive my order. However, upon receiving I tried on the 3 PC dress and that was. But my other items were poor in quality and couldn't fit. I order some snakeskin shoes and a t-shirt that had a peace sign and a coffee cup and something else which all were ironed on and the tip of it looked like after one wash they would've probably started peeling off.
After sending a ticket asking how to return for a refund because the shoes and the pants were too small and I didn't like the shirt the rep Cherry 1st offered 10% off and I could keep the order when I said no thank you I just want a refund, she then offered 20% off and I can keep the order, I declined again and she then offered 30% off and I can keep the order. I had to ask 3x for a refund and told her she was being very pushy and Its making me upset. I told her I declined the 1st offer and she should've just provided the details on how to return the items and then I told her again the items are too small so why would I keep it. Cherry, the rep finally sent me the return instructions. I will never patronize ChicMe again

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
