I ordered 3 items April 4th, sending numerous emails asking for a status update because their system was never updated. After asking for a refund mysteriously a shipping label was created. I still had to wait over a month from order placed date to received items. VERY disappointed to receive poor quality clothing nothing like the picture or description. I emailed with pictures attached stating I want a full refund and this is the horrible response I received (Kelly is always the person to email with excuses) "Hello,
Sorry for the fact that you are unsatisfied with the item. We have three options for you to choose to let you keep the product.
1.We offer you a $5 cash coupon for your next order.
2.We offer you 10% discount coupon for your next order.
3. We refund you 10%, and you needn't to return item. You can give your friend as a gift.
As per our return policy, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Returned item(s) must be in the original, undamaged inside plastic bag and with tags intact.

This is Poor Customer Service! I have screenshots of all the back and forth chats with Kelly and the companies return policy. I looked at the policy before I made the purchase because I was a first time customer and want to make certain I would not have any issues if the items came damaged or not has described. I was unfortunately correct the items are not as described.

1. The return policy does not state I will not receive a full refund or have to pay for shipping. Why would I want to give someone else poor quality clothing.
2. I do not want a coupon to spend more money when I had a difficult time with this order
3. It is unacceptable to return only 10% of the total price and expect customers to also pay for return shipping.

I am going through all this for $45... it is not okay and I would like a full refund and a free return shipping label with no more excuses from this company.
