I ordered 3 items April 4th, sending numerous emails asking for a status update because their system was never updated. After asking for a refund mysteriously a shipping label was created. I still had to wait over a month from order placed date to received items. VERY disappointed to receive poor quality clothing nothing like the picture or description. This is Poor Customer Service! I have screenshots of all the back and forth chats with Kelly and the companies return policy. I looked at the policy before I made the purchase because I was a first time customer and want to make certain I would not have any issues if the items came damaged or not has described. I was unfortunately correct the items are not as described.
1. The return policy does not state I will not receive a full refund or have to pay for shipping. Why would I want to give someone else poor quality clothing.
2. I do not want a coupon to spend more money when I had a difficult time with this order
3. It is unacceptable to return only 10% of the total price and expect customers to also pay for return shipping.
I am going through all this for $45... it is not okay and I would like a full refund and a free return shipping label with no more excuses from this company.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
