Shipping takes a long time 4-6 weeks for a Canada order

Overall I am thrilled with the quality of the items. Keep it that way.
But please try to ship a bit faster.

Shopping was easy, but protect takes away to get to me.

It took over two weeks for delivery. And still waiting on a product that I ordered close to a month ago.

I purchased 11 items and returned 9. Quality isn't good and clothes are made differently than what's advertised on their site. Also, returns are a nightmare. Their site tends to freeze up when attempting to submit a ticket but the site is available if you want to shop SMH. Do not use this sitw

So I got over a hundred dollars of clothes from them. When they came in, we'll not anything like the pictures. Poorly done and bad material. Was told if I was unhappy they would give me a small refund and 5 dollars off next order. Told them I just wanted to send them back and get a full refund. I finally got the ok. Then I sent them, they received them. No refund. Only response is from a guy named Leo who is giving me nothing but problems.

The delivery was fast and excellent service to the very end.

Do yourself a favor and DONT buy anything from this place, they are over seas and the package too sooo long to get here, plus the clothes is extremely bad quality and cheap looking, the sizes are huge and they will not give you a refund even though their policy says they do, they negotiate with you and just waste your time until you can no longer return there is no phone number to contact only email which takes days to respond, I threw $269 dollars in the trash by buying their product. Terrible experience ugly clothes not at all what it looks on the web

Beautiful jumpsuit I bought to wear for my daughter's prom it fits really well. Nice material not cheap looking. I will order from this site again

I love the style but hate that i ordered my shoes and all the shoes fit but one, the one i really like i order twice and hoped that the second time would work out, but it didnt. I gave the first pair away and just reodered just to find out they where still small

Not at all pleased with my product. I want to send it back but I do not know how. If you could give me a a way to send it back I will. And I probably would not order anything else from you guys again unless it is earrings and shoes because the clothes was not to my satisfaction

I purchased the dress for a night out with my husband, I was very disappointed when I received it, it is very thin and looks really cheap, definitely not classy, I only consider it sexy because I wear it around the house as lingerie. Money wasted
