I have been trying to return dress because it doesn't fit and all I get are e-mails wanting to give me a discount. No number of discounts will make the dress fit me. I want to return the dress and get my credit on my account. I was told I will have to pay shipping and I don't agree with that policy. Can you please help me?

Process to order was perfect no hassle and was even able to get a cheeky discount in the sale. Only down side was it took longer to be delivered than stated.

Worst experience ever with this brand! Bought 10 pieces that looked so cute on the pictures and when I got them the quality was nothing like they show. Do not purchase with them. I reached out to let them know I will be returning them the next day the 1st packet arrived and asked for address to return they kept pushing me to keep the clothes for a discount I kept saying no they would reply 2-3 days latter. 40 days after my first request they finally send the address and now they say my 30 days have passed and I can't get a refund now I have no clothes and no money. I don't want their ugly clothes anyways! But I am down $200 dollars!
