I like the products. So far my experience has been good ChicMe. The shipping is really too long. Hope one day, it will be faster. Sometimes, the product received is not always like the one on the web. Keep in mind people choose to buy what they see. But when the product looks a little, it is a little disappointing. I chose the one shoulder dress (the last shipment received) the color is not the same as the one that I chose. I chose the one that I have the red but I received one that is more beige.

I ordered the wrong size and informed chic me for an exchange. Their customer support is very helpful once you know how to navigate the pages. I got my clothes back within 2 weeks. It fit like a glove!

Pretty good. Last communication arrives just about when item arrives.

The dresses took a while to arrive and I no longer need them

Loved it. Every thing fitted as I liked. It was my birthstone color- emerald. I wanted it for my birthday.

Trying to make a return for a refund is difficult. Hard to find a phone number or address or instructions to return items

Did not fit me at all, too large, huge. Is there a way I can return it and get refunded?

Some of the materials are of good quality but others are very cheap, and the sizing should be the same as US fit.

Overall I am pleased with my purchases, especially the shoes! Items are true to color nd size.

It was a good experience and timing was ok. I do belive that the material can be a lil be stronger where it lasts longer after a few washes.

Too slow and challenging with tracking merchandise

If I had know that the shoes were european sized I would have not ordered them. And because it doesn't appear that they can be returned I am trying to stretch them to fit.

Good experience except for the tops being recommended dry clean and that was not advertised

Poor service on terms of delays took almost 2 months to get my stuff. Then it came and the colors they show us on the pictures are not the same as the product received. I will not shop here again

It took to long for the items and I never got any confirmation of when my items were being shipped.

The delivery time was ridiculously long and the items are too small, despite ordering a size larger than I usually wear! Awful experience. I won't order from here again.

The Dresses did not meet expectations tried to return but service kept saying they would only refund 20% of my order and keep the dresses I didn't want to keep them I wanted a full refund NOT happy with any of this I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!
