I like the products. So far my experience has been good ChicMe. The shipping is really too long. Hope one day, it will be faster. Sometimes, the product received is not always like the one on the web. Keep in mind people choose to buy what they see. But when the product looks a little, it is a little disappointing. I chose the one shoulder dress (the last shipment received) the color is not the same as the one that I chose. I chose the one that I have the red but I received one that is more beige.

I ordered the wrong size and informed chic me for an exchange. Their customer support is very helpful once you know how to navigate the pages. I got my clothes back within 2 weeks. It fit like a glove!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
