Took way to long. Had to return for a bigger size which was another long process that I incurred costs for.

Very fast shipping, no exstra payments, mail recieved from chicme when it was send, and I couldt follow it.

Disappointed and not sure if I'll buy again due to my not satisfaction, I feel sad because I so loved what I chose and was so looking forward to wearing them that I had to give it away

I waited over 5 weeks for this, very nervous I was planning on using these shoes for my wedding. Now I am not as I was concerned they would not turn up.
The jeans don't have the ribbons in, I have to do it myself.
The top is more like a size 20/22 rather than 14/16 and the colours arrived nothing like shown in pictures

Dresses were so small couldn't get them over my shoulders sizing was way out and took along while to arrive!

See earlier comments. When I asked to return item was only offered a token voucher towards another purchase or a 10 per cent refund. An insult!

Items took too long to arrive. Trying to return an item and I am getting the run around from customer support. Instead of giving me the information on how I can return the item, I am being offered a coupon to buy more items. I am not satisfied with this option.

Most of the clothes run small from my experience. It arrived a little longer than I expected.

I was scared to order from ChicMe but they have some Super Cute clothes and shoes. I loved the Canvas sneakers so at first I was just going to order 1 pair but I decided to all colors, and I'm glad I did. I ordered but I wanted them to come just a little bit sooner, shipping say 7-10 working days, that might be but it took about 3 weeks for me to get my order but when I emailed them, Chicme emailed me right back and that's something I appreciated. I was a bit hesitant because I expected them to arrive sooner because it say 7-10 days but as I contacted them and they responded made me feel confident and eventually they arrived. I'm very PLEASED and will certainly be ordering again.

These items are mediocre out of 14 item only 2 I was satisfied with and been kind the rest is garbage to give away or dump. Waste of my money. I received another order and suck not one outfit was worth wearing. I will never order from this company again. I will go back to shein with better prices at least so if not satisfy I did not pay so much. I have never given a review for a company b4 and trust me I am a chronic online shopper

All went well. Will definitely order again, if not for me, for family.

All of their clothes are cut for petite people! I ordered a size 2X and it fits my daughter who wears a small to a medium in clothes perfectly!
