Process was pretty straight forward. Order came in two deliveries several days apart. Packaged nicely but SIZE UP BOO. Don't kid yourself. This company sews for the meatless. Lol

Their customer service team is a joke and repeat the same remarks just hoping for you to give up. SAVE YOUR MONEY. There are so many better websites that are legit. Items were poor quality and didn't fit, the company took a week to arrange return after offering 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% partial refund, I made it clear I just wanted to return. I am still waiting on my refund.
Gerne wieder, es hat alles super geklappt. Produkt so wie ich es erwartet habe.
Took way to long. Had to return for a bigger size which was another long process that I incurred costs for.
