I ordered a bangle, but when arrived there was a pair of earrings, instead of the bangle. I was so upset. But later when contacted customer service, they were really nice and assured me they'll order me a new one, plus I get to keep earrings. (btw really nice stuff there :))

This year is my first time to buy from Chicmarket. I have been very satisfied.

It was so easy to order and the bag I got looks like brand new. The price was great.

67 yr. Old grandma of 4 yr. Old... lots of playing, getting up/down etc. My old bones /muscles sure make use of it.

The earrings are even more beautiful than pictured... The stones are a beautiful color and very clear. A lovely addition to my earring collection!

I bought a ring knowing it wasn't real jewelry, but I expected it to at least be good costume jewelry. It was supposed to be white gold plated with cubic zirconium stones. The plating wore off after wearing it just a few times. The stones have no color whatsoever. If they were CZs, they would be hard to tell from real diamonds. These are glass and are not even set well. STAY AWAY!

This is a fine light chain designed to accompany a hanging pendant and not really as a necklace on its own. It's very well-made and came fast.

I purchased a ring. That was AWFUL... so jagged it cut my finger. Contacted the company 2 weeks ago and still waiting for info@ return... and they say NO REFUND. Only a partial store credit. NOT HAPPY! I will never order from this company again. BEWARE!

I ordered red, blue, green and clear stackiing rings and they're all beautiful. The blue is a little darker than I thought it would be, but am happy with it nonetheless.
