Any problem does not remain a problem any longer then it takes to let them know. Just call customer service and a friendly customer service representative will gladly take care of it. I will continue to order because I feel that there will always be someone there to satisfy any problem I have.

My experience was great except for sizing. Rings made in China are two sizes too small I'm waiting on size 9. Also would like to have some Moisanite choices and more men's rings. Overall good experience still waiting on ring that was shipped today hope it doesn't take too long.

I havn't had many bad experiences with Chicmart but when I do they are fixed to help me. I just wish they would give dimensions, Length and width on their earrings, etc.

Consistantly can not get simple delivery. Thought this was another case where I was going to asked to be refunded. Then the product showed up

I bought this set of kingsize sheets because the price was so very reasonable and I LOVE them. They are pretty and light and like sleeping under feathers. I have a fat mattress and box spring and a three-inch foam topper and the fitted sheet fits over all of that with ease. I will definitely be buying more of these sheets in other colors and sizes.
