The clothes is up to date on its style, very obsessed with the clothing. Clothes that is hard to find in other stores is easy to find here. Very pleased with the different variety of outfits and dresses

Great customer service

I love this online store! I dont need to worry about trends because ChicCouture is ALWAYS up to date with fashion. Ive used them on several occasions and when I contacted customer service in regards to a size change they were happy to assist. Love love love!

I've just received my first order from them and O. M. G... the dress is AMAZING. It has exceeded my expectations. The quality is fantastic for the price. And to top it all off, I received my oder in 4 days. Will most definitely shot with them again.

I ORDERED A DRESS THAT I NEEDED WITHIN 4 WEEKS FROM THEM MY DRESS WAS SHIPPED SOMWHERE DIFFERENT INSTEAD OF HELPING OR TRYING TO SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO TO HELP ME IT WAS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. THEY WAS NOT UNDERSTANDING AND DIDNT ATLEAST TRY TO HELP ME NEVER AGAIN

My new favorite store

I recently received my second order from Chic Couture Online and I was so pleased with my purchase. My order arrived in exactly 3 Days. And the dress looks better in person than it did in the picture. The quality is amazing and the dress fits me perfectly. Cant wait to rock it to my event.

Where do I even start. 2015 I made my first purchase Black Friday sale so yes I was extra excited more bang for my buck. A few skirts a dress or 2 etc. upon arrival I opened package and began to try on my items one after another shirts were small skirts fit big dress fit but weird then I look at the website looking at my items I realize oh I have to have hips and butt to fill these clothes it was almost like they were made to fit the same African American model in the pictures yes in every single outfit on the website the same girl... well oookay. Further more if u notice how she stands her legs are far apart that's how each skirt fit I would have to stand just like that mind you I am African American and I do have a butt I ordered large in everything for that reason normally I wear a 10 in jeans I can sometimes get away with a 29 or 28 waist nope I needed a small not even a med sooo I mail the items back got a store credit fine purchased something else 2 items I believe had to send one back kept one thing. Still had credit but buy now I see they have overpriced instagram clothes everyone has the same things only cheaper they just have a better looking model yes THE SAME BLACK GIRL! Fast forward it's 2017 my birth month sept so I need a outfit right ok I'm looking on other sites nothing fancys me so I go on ig for some inspiration who comes up yep that same pretty black girl... 3 years later I'm like oh lord I still didn't acquire aunt berthas backside sooo oh wait! I still have credit with them and there having a Labor Day sale screw it I throw about 5 things in the cart check out it won't go thru it takes the money out my account but says I will get a refund my address for mailing and billing address don't match. Scratches head well I haven't moved and I'm using the same card I used b4 I have a account set up because well I had to keep returning. I call them they tell me call my bank, bank says nothing is wrong on our side mind u the sale is over and yep they said well it doesn't matter even tho we know u purchased it during a sale we won't honor it u will get a refund oh and we don't know why the address won't go thru. I was shocked I just hung up. A few days later I'm like maybe it was just my luck or the system so now I try to shop again now spending more money because the other day was 50% off now it's 30% smh but ok and now I'm buying other things also hard head right I know this crap ain't going to fit right but I only get shirts or maxi dresses at this point. Anyhow same thing address don't match I keep calling emailing dm ing on ig commenting on pics why because it's a sale but it's the weekend there closed someone responded under the pic call on Monday wellll ok. I call Monday they tell me call me bank me I did well there's nothing we can do it's not us umm well my mail still comes here from the bank and I recheck my address on your site and it's still the same address I've lived at forever u know the same one your last 2 deliveries came to yeah that one so it has to be on your end long lol story short we can do your order for you no you can't have the sale the money that was pushed thru will be refunded again in 5 days mind u I still haven't gotten the other one back yet it was literally a few days later I'm like so it's nothing to do with it being my fault we establish that on our call but I can't be honored well again shocked and disappointed I tell her well I'm already planning to leave a bad review behind this, she says hold on then comes back and says sorry manager says no we can not honor the deal the customer service rep was nice but this company and the policy is trash clothes u can find on AliExpress and amazon $20 to $30 cheaper. And u won't have to stand with your legs wide open or need a fake but to fit save you money because if anything goes wrong they don't care the SAME black girl yes her has your money and will go buy a pair of new red bottoms to take yet another picture for a outfit/sale they will not honor btw I told the rep I will be leaving a bad review on every site there is available for me to do so and this is my chic couture story hmm so question how will I be able to spend my credit?

Immediately after placing an order I contacted the store because I was needing to adjust sizes on items and I had a upcoming trip that I was needing these items for. I was told the items were already shipped so if I refuse the package then I would get a full refund. Well, the package was ledt at mu front door so I immediately contacted them to tell what happened, and I was told "no worries, I could return the upped package and receive a refund." So, I did ask was asked. Nearly two weeks go by after they received my package but I did not hear anything from them so I contacted them to find oht thr status of mu refund. One of the ladies replied that I was issued a store credit. I explained that we had agreed on me receiving a full refund, not a store credit. She then comes back and says the package was opened which was a blatant lie! I don't like liars and I don't like businesses that can not hold up their end of the bargain. I will NEVER give this company another dime of my money and anyone that even mention this store, I immediately steer them away.

I ordered (2) items for an exciting date night and wedding. I paid Express and waited anxiously for my delivery which never came. Upset, I checked the website for an update under "order status" which never changed from shipped. After checking USPS tracking site it showed that it was returned because it was undeliverable?!? I used the same address as my credit where there payment was immediately pulled. I emailed and called 5x's to finally reached someone. Telling them I wanted a refund the representative was very short. Stated I'll see it in 2-5 business day. She didn't offer any apologies for the situation. I'm not only disappointed because I really wanted the items I'm also displeased in the lack of customer service.

Hi Ladies,

First things first-No REFUNDS, store credit only!

I've purchased several items from chiccoutureonline. Most of the clothing is cut smaller. Please order one size up if you are curvy or athletic. Actually, the material is standard. You may rest assure the leggings aren't transparent. I'm 5'8 and notice some of the clothing is also cut on the shorter side. Tall girls beware when purchasing and stick with maxis or leggings.

Lastly, the site doesn't approve all reviews. I've made several reviews and all aren't displayed. Feedback is important and unfortunately this vendor chooses to only display positive feedback.

This site is much better than hotmiamistyles. Hot miami is a total crap shoot but chiccouture gets it right most times.

Order a size up

I ordered a birthday and hot it and now I'm mailing it back off the same day I got it. I ordered a medium and it fit like a small. The dress a was pretty and nice material just too small
