Wow!

This company has it all. Customer service, quality products, great prices all added to the convenience of home shipping.
With a ton of rescue animals, and living 40 miles from the nearest pet supply store, chewy.com has been a game changer. I'm getting quality kibble, American Journey, at affordable prices delivered! It saves me so much time and money. Plus, they are reliable. I know when I place an order they will get it right and fast.

Great service!

Ive been meaning to write a review for a while, but todays great service made me decide to do it! I have been using Chewy for about a year and a half. I started using them when I had knee surgery and couldnt walk for 4 mos. I live upstairs, and had to scoot up and down on my butt, and then use a walker to get to my car. I didnt go out much. Amazon and Chewy became 2 of my best friends and the convienence since I live far from a Petsmart or Petco was so nice I decided to continue. I love the selection as well! Its so easy to log into my account and add or subtract to my order, I can have my order sent immediately or change the date with ease. If I have my order sent immediately, its isually there the next day! So fast! Anyway, today I had to call because one of my theee boxes in the last order didnt show. It may have been stolen as I live in the center of town, next to a business and right on a very busy highway. I calle Chewy and the repressive didnt hassle me at all, issued a new order, and within about 30 minutes I got a notification that it had shipped! I highly recommend them as I have had incredible service.

The absolute best

When Chewy first started I was very happy because there are no pet stores in my entire town. I have 2 dogs and Chewy delivered dog food right to my door without any hassle. Anytime I have a problem they help right away without any negative issues. I love their toys for my puppy and my dogs love their treats. I couldn't ask for better service or pet supplies.

I have been a loyal customer with chewy.com past 2 yrs. They have great service. Recently we lost our beloved dog 15yrs. I mentioned something while placing my order. Two days later I received my order and a beautiful bouquet of flowers for our loss. Thank you Yenifer and chewy.com so thoughtful!

I recently placed an order for dog food and a dog bed. Within three days the package arrived, but sadly, within that time i had to put my dog down because of cancer. When i called to ask about Chewy's return policy I was told to donate the food and bed in my dog's name, and credit for my order would be issued. I can't say how much that thoughtful and compassionate gesture meant to me. Furthermore, within a week I received a personal note from a customer service rep expressing sympathy for my loss. This extraordinary customer service has made me a loyal customer. Bravo, and thank you.

Why Bother?

I have ordered several times and they delivered my order to my door. However, my last order was large and they just left the box downstairs. The reason for ordering from Chewy.com and paying a little extra for pet supplies was to have it delivered to my door, so that I did not have to carry it up two flights of stairs.

Customer service is fast, friendly and helpful. Shipping is flat rate and inexpensive 2 day. Products are as advertised and my cats just love the toys, food and litter I've bought from them.

Chewy.com is Such a Wonderful Site To Shop For All Your Pet(s) Needs. I Love That They Have All The Wet & Dry Cat Food,. That My Cat Truly Enjoys. And They Have Great Prices On Most Items. The Cat Treats That I Normally Buy at Walmart,. Are Much Cheaper On This Site. I Just HATE That You Have To Spend $49.00 or more in order to Receive FREE Shipping. Although Shipping Is Amazingly Fast. I Feel Shipping Should Be Free or Lower. I Will Only Buy From This Site,. If I only have a Discount. Because They Sometimes Mail Me a Discount Card. I Receive a $15.00 Off Discount Card. And I Will Be Using it. I am very Thankful for Discount Cards. They Really Help Out A Lot. But Other Then That... This is a Great Site To Shop For Your Pet(s). Thanks! :)

Chewy.com removes the hassle of trying to find the best pricing, in addition to frequent Pet Supply store shopping. I am a mother of 3 children and I love the convenience of online shopping at Chewy.com because I can have the right product brought to me without packing up my family and heading to the store.

The company is fast and accurate in their delivery and NEVER have I had a damage dog food can or bag. Our dog has a prescription diet and despite needing the MD to send the script the dog food was to my door in 2 days tops! There is always a person to speak to 24 hours a day and they are very helpful if you have an issue. In addition, there is automatic shipping where you can schedule or cancel your deliveries. They send a reminder several days before it is due to leave the shop.

I will continue to remain a Chewy.com customer due to their wonderful service, variety of food and toys for my dog, and convenience.

I recently had to cancel my auto ship cat food order because of the loss of my beloved Maine Coon Ali Cat of 18 years. I was told when I called that my order was scheduled to ship that day and if they could not stop it to to donate it to a kennel and there would credit my account. The following week I received a beautiful boutique of fresh flowers from a local florist with a sympathy note attached. I was literally blown away by the sympathy and their act of kindness which was totally unexpected. THANK YOU chewy for lighting up a very sad time in our lives. This act will never be forgotten. Chewy.com is super fast on delivery; prices are right and they stand behind each product. Problem with a delivery? Just give them a call - their response time is amazing and so is their customer service. If you receive a dented can (which is very seldom) they will issue a credit or send a replacement.

ONE MAJOR FLAW

In an otherwise splendid company -- 12 oz. Dog food cans 15-30 percent damaged and unusable. They pack these heavy cans with a piece of brown wrapping paper! So the actual price is 15-30 percent higher than listed. Constant returns and refunds unacceptable, we all have other things to do. Complaint people very helpful but warehouse practices unmoved by constant complaints.

Great company

I see reviews the CHEWY isnt CHEWY since bought by PETCO. Not true I have received same great service. My canned dog food arrived damaged so I email to let them know and I received a response very quickly. Damage goods replace and was told to donate damaged if still usable. I have recommended this company on their business practices alone. Its great to know that if there is an issue it is taken care of very quickly. Its also great to have it delivered to home.

It is really unfair to consumers when you have a tv commercial that doesnt state the shipping is only free if you spend 49.00 or more. Really? Free shipping? I think not. And there is no visible disclaimer on that commercial, and i have a 60 inch tv, no visible disclaimer ever. False advertisement. Thats illegal. Then chewy.com won't allow me to delete my account myself? Wh... at?! Shade! Never buy here. Info collectors and dishonest business trade.

New Chewy customer

I received a $15 off coupon in the mail and decided to try Chewy for my Sun Conure food that i've been ordering through Amazon for years. (His pic is my avatar) I ordered enough to get the free shipping as well and it arrived within 2 days nicely packaged and unlike Amazon, no holes in the bags. This shows me they check the items for damage before placing them into the box. Amazon apparently doesn't because it's happened multiple times through them.

After that first good experience, I went back and ordered a new rope perch and that was with the regular $4.95 flat shipping (over $49 is free shipping) and once again my order arrived within 2 days. The perch however was much too large so I used chat on their website to inquire about sending it back for a smaller one.

The friendly rep made the new order waiving the shipping fee on the new perch, refunded the cost of the large perch and said no need to ship it back to them and to just donate it to a bird rescue which I thought was really nice. (I'm going to bring it to my Avain vet in a couple of weeks when I bring my bird for his nail trim, and he can pass it on to a bird who can use it.)
This showed me they care about customer service and also genuinely care about the animals as well. Their prices are on par with Amazon and even lower on some things, so i'm making the switch 100% now to Chewy for all Bruce's (that's my bird's name) food, treats and perches. I've wanted to wean myself from Amazon for so long now anyway and now I can with Chewy.

Also, they ship via Fed Ex which is leaps and bounds better than UPS.

For orders of $50 or more, you receive free shipping and the orders ship quickly.

What could be more convenient than being able to buy all your pet products at one place and have them delivered to your front door in just a few days?

When I hadn't ordered in a while, Chewy sent me a postcard addressed to my cat asking how he was doing. It was hilarious and did prompt me to submit another order. They have competitive pricing, fast shipping, and carry brands that are difficult to find in the pet stores near me. I had an issue once with a larger item in my box smashing a small box of treats and they immediately apologized and re-sent the treats for free. Much appreciated.
