I cannot even rate their products, because I never received anything or even a refund! Worst company ever!

Complete and utter scam! Order not received. Inconsistent communication filled with false promises

Ordered my items over 4 months ago still have not received anything. They have sent me 2 different confirmation emails and 2 different tracking numbers which go nowhere... Will not answer emails and will not refund money

I just ordered a pair of jeggings and I haven't heard anything from them so I guess I'm just out of the money? I cant believe they screwed me

I have been waiting for my items for 6 weeks.
I have sent numerous emails and had a response from Rozelle P who said they couldn't even find the order.
I show proof that the item has allegedly been shipped and also proof of transaction.

I place an order with chestnutfive on April 11th. Today is May 16th. I used the tracking number they provided and as of May 5th it is not been received by USPS. It says it is in transit with a foreign company. I am working on reversing credit card charges after getting Robo responses via email from this company.

Purchased pants that looked great in reviews and ads. What I received is nothing like what was advertised and when I rated the item on their site, the negative review is hidden. Cheap, crappy products.

Ordered 3 bra's in January 2020. It's now end of April and the only shipping info I have is that the parcel left Beijing in March. I call bull$#*!! Don't ever buy from this web page, it's a scam! I'm glad I didn't waste too much money on them.

Don't buy from these scammers from china! Even their tracking app is fake- it reflected as having done a successful delivery but i didnt get my 3 pairs of jeans. Apparently I'm not the only one. Trying to get a refund now!

I ordered 3 pants, b2g1 get1 free got charged for 3! And haven't received any yet! Plus no reply on my email response! Buyer beware!

It took over two months to receive the product. I purchased two bras. They didn't fit right! Your boobs bulge out the sides and the lace that is supposed to cross over your breast, is sewn so strange that it falls below the breast and just rolls. It does nothing to compliment you! Poorly made especially for the cost. Do not purchase ANYTHING from this company!

I ordered a 3 bra pack in january 2020 and up to yet it has not arrived. I have emailed the company? Five or six times to which they andwered twiice.
They told me they had located my details and asked if I would wait further 15 days and then heck again. To be honest, I think this is. SCAM and no such company exists. This is making it hard for you to decide who to trust?
