To whom it may concern, I just visited the Gympie chemist warehouse were I was in line to pay for my purchase, and I got told I looked suspicious I have never in my life been accused of such a thing the staff lady was so rude, and never in my life have I ever took something without paying for it it's just not the right thing to do I never got an apology no nothing just so damm rude
Purchased a product which was sent to wrong address. Chemist Warehouse sent my product to a forest park? Even though I insisted I was not an animal or a bird or a tree they continued to send to a forest park. One month later no sign of it. 40 minutes on customer service line... no answer. 35 minutes on orders line then had a debate where I lived? Oh and good luck getting a reply to emails!
Bought a perfume from the online store and they sent me a fake. Have been trying to get a refund for 4 weeks and have been ignored for 4 weeks. Don't waste your money. Dodgy place for perfume
Today I visited a newly opened chemist warehouse store on Pitt street in the city, I asked for four puffers for my four kids who are asthmatic, they gave me only one and refused to give me more as they wanted an identity proof of my children, as I never found the need to carry one at any point of time, in my previous encounter with any chemist warehouse stores, as I was unable to produce any proof, I showed him a receipt of four puffers and preventers purchased from the same store a fortnight ago, the chemist there was so rude, unprofessional and very unhelpful. To the store manager, who kept me waiting for about twenty minutes and still didn't turn up. I did lodge a complaint to their complaints section, still waiting for a reply. In the meantime I purchased my puffers from a chemist nearby after explaining my situation they were very helpful.If this is the kind of treatment I get after spending nearly A$300.00 on products from chemist warehouse a fortnight ago I definitely will be looking at another chemist, in fact there are there are vitamins and pro biotics available at coles and woollies at nearly half the price on specials.
