I ordered a size 10 boot and received a much smaller (size 8) boot. When I contacted Chellysun, they told me send a picture of the boot I received. I sent a picture of their boot next to my own size 10 boots. They still denied they sent the wrong size. They instructed me to mail the shoes back at my own expense. I absolutely will not pay to return boots that the sent in error!! Now I'm stuck with boots I can't wear. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! Clearly they do not care about the customer.

Do everyone---and yourself---a favor and mark Chellysun as spam and block it from your email. That is the only way to have an affect on these kinds of fake businesses.

In my efforts to unsubscribe from Chellysun's emails, which I at first thought was a real company, I have discovered that the unsubscribe link doesn't work and the support email doesn't respond. Looking at reviews all over the Internet, it seems that Chellysun does not sell the products it advertises, those are just to get sales. They either substitute cheap products that don't even match the description of the advertised item or they simply don't respond at all after charging a credit card. I would expect they are making hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions of dollars, in profits from ordinary people who thought they were getting what they paid for.

The listed address is the same as a dozen affiliated companies, all in a small rent-an-office building, on the island which is The Republic of Malta, population 400K or so. It is a three story office building with small offices, just large enough for a few computer cubicles. The office building appears to be a genuine business, but the many companies that say they are on the second floor of that small building must all exist in the mind of the people getting rich from them.

Every so-called company with which Chellysun is connected receives complaints. For example, one of the companies supposedly sells phones, but no one receives anything except cheap earbuds and the company always claims it was just a mistake... then never responds again. One is a wildlife support company, but they only send poor copies of photos instead of the real thing, etc. etc. Etc.

The worst part is that they get your credit card information and email address and who knows what they do with that?

As you can see by the positive reviews of Chellysun, all have similar words "cozy cardigan" "comfortable boots" etc. Those certainly appear to be fake reviews.

The only way to run fake stores out of business is to not give them money and to block their emails and mark them as spam.

I would give them a zero if I could! I waited 2months for my order to arrive and spent $75 on this horrible clothing. Nothing fit right, way too short on my arms. Tried to return them and even though their policy is they accept with in 30 days, they told me no. Have been going back and forth with them for a week and they want to give me $7. After they told me they would refund half. I would never ever ever do business with this company again. If there was a way I could get them shut down I absolutely would. Company is a HUGE SCAM!
