This is the worst company ever. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and never received a confirmation or the shoes and they just took the money out of my account! I contacted them and they said they could not find my order and that they would refund me and it would take 5-10 days. It's been 12 days and still no refund! I contacted them again saying I still have not received my money back and they just don't answer! Never order anything from this company. Don't waste your money like I did!

I'm so mad that i bought from this company. I've never been treated so poorly in my life by an online company. The day i ordered my package, i never received an email giving me tracking info. I emailed 5 different times to support requesting a tracking number. I finally had to leave a bad review to get somebody to reach out! I got the tracking number 3 weeks after i ordered the shoes. Great! My sister sees a picture of the shoes and also wants me to order her a pair, so i do! Same situation, no tracking info.
I receive the shoes for myself a month after i order them, (fine whatever), the second i take them out of the package, the buckle catches on the plastic and breaks in half! I email support immediately and ask how to send them back and get a full refund for the BROKEN shoes, (not the ones that hadn't arrived yet for my sister). I was told that i could get a review as long as i provided pictures of the product. So i send 4 pictures. I get an apology email and they tell me that i have to eat the cost of the shipping to return the item? Hell no. I refuse. I tell them that. They start giving me twists and turns in the conversation about what they could do, coupons and all that crap. No i want a refund and i don't even wanna keep the shoes! I then change the subject to the tracking of my second package, and i add in another question about when i can receive my refund! They would NOT answer my question! Finally i sent a demanding email concerning the fact that they avoided my attempts to get the refund for only the broken pair! I get a response... "no you will not receive a refund"... IS THIS A JOKE. Not only do i feel extremely UN taken care of, they don't even ATTEMPT to make it right with me?! I do not recommend buying from this company, not only do they poorly make there merchandise, but they have the WORST customer service I've had to deal with in a long time!
I have never written bad reviews in my life. I worked in customer service for a long time and i know how it feels to be $#*! on by customers. But you can ALWAYS tell when a company actually cares about there customers and this one does NOT.

I order Prom Shoes for my Niece in Feb and I haven't received them yet... Prom is over, I had to buy her some last minute shoes. I emailed them at first they said my order was in the system, So I screenshot my order, they said it was weather related, then they said it might be stuck at the Post Office. They said give it a couple days on Tuesday, it's Saturday now I'm going to keep emailing them until I receive my order or a refund.

First off the items took 5 weeks to arrive even though the website says 5-15 business days.
The items were very thin fabric- cheap imitations of what is shown in the pictures and often times different fabric than advertised.
I ordered the clothes for a vacation but the package didn't arrive until a week after returning from the vacation. When I emailed to complain and tell them I no longer needed the clothes they wouldn't do anything to make up for their error and made me pay for return shipping to send the clothes back. I did end up keeping 1 out of the 10 items I ordered. (Interesting to note that they received my package just 48 hours after sending it). Now they are accusing me of not returning all the clothes since the package I sent weighed 4lbs and 8 ounces and they said that it should have weighed 6 lbs. And that is the reasoning they are using to not refund me. I am livid. I plan on reporting this company to whoever I can so they don't screw over more people.
