I reserved a flight to South America from July 18,2017 to August 6,2017. When I received the confirmation it was completely different, I called them within minutes and they said that I have to pay $75 dollars for each ticket (4) or they can help me by booking on the date I wanted but they were a higher fee flight. They offered me 25 dollars discount per ticket. I did not have a choice so I cancel for a $50 fee. The representative slipped and said that she recommend me to use the desktop because other customers also experience when they book on the mobil phone. I spoke with the manager and said that he was already helping me. He did not let me speak when I wanted to repeat what the representative told me.

This business is run like a scam. Please guys do not trust this website or the sales person you speak to. Very bad Experience. Free cancellation before 24 hours is total crap. They still charge you. Around 80$. Saying it is Arline's charge.

I just tried booking a flight to Austin, TX from Denver, CO, and I had a rollercoaster experience.
First the price was listed as 215.00 including taxes, I clicked on it ready to book but unfortunately the price had changed after I clicked and now it was 260.00.
Then, I typed (and I type really fast) in all of my info and clicked BOOK (to book the 260.00 ticket) but I was told that this ticket is no longer available and it gave me a third option that was 300.00.
This time all of my information was already entered so all I needed to do is to click BOOK, and so I did... Uhumm you guessed it the price changed from 300.00 to 318.00! So, I went ahead and booked it anyways, however I was so mad that minutes later out of principal I canceled the whole thing. I booked the same flight on EXPEDIA.com for 245.00! Cheapoair never ever will you have my business!

Cheapoair is the easiest and fastest way to book a trip. They offer the cheapest price and give you different options of airlines and dates. This is the only site where I can find tickets to all destinies I need. Costumer service is always able to help and solve all concerns I have. And I never had any inconvenience in any of my trips. I highly recommend this website to everyone.

I needed to make a correction to use my wife's maiden name on a plane ticket just purchased online, so I contacted CheapOair within 30 minutes and it was first stated with a heavy accent that it was $50. My wife didn't even understand there was a fee she was agreeing too because of the accent. When I asked about the fee less than 5 minutes later it suddenly changed to $60 dollars, again this is all within 1 hour of ordering the flight online through the website. When I asked to cancel because of all the fee changes, the representative said it would be $75 and stated it was not free because they already ordered the ticket. He stated it only applies up until they order which may be up to 4 hours.

Because the free cancellation fee was not honored, I changed the name for $60. This was a nightmare trying to spell it out and have it understood by their representative (I'm a native English speaker and the first/last name is short). Later the next day I found out this same customer service person reversed the first and last name, not sure if it was intentional or not, since he only had to change the last name in the original request. Anyway another 30+ minute phone call and $50 charge requested to correct the representatives reversal mess up on top of the already $60 charge for the last name only change request.

I've seen other review responses from CheapOAir here that its free to cancel within 4 hours; this is a false statement. Other complaints here had the same issues as me (not honoring the free cancellation request within 4 hours), but not sure if they used the same lame excuse for why they charge a fee within 1 hour of ordering. For any customer interactions, you will be placed on hold frequently and for long periods, this happened in both phone calls to them.

Cheapoair.com website is terrible! I entered my flight dates but instead it offered alternate dates and this was not CLEAR AT ALL. I had to cancel booking immediately & pay the $50/person fee. Makes me think they have found a way to make $ through cancellations. I will never use that site again. Expedia is tons better. They have 24 hr free cancellation.

My computer screen froze when I was half the way through booking my flights and I called the number from their site to finish the booking. Turned out the lady misspeled not only my LAST NAME but also my phone number and my address. It should be easy thing to correct it, right? Well, it took me couple of hours and 4 phone calls to the customer service people. The third person, Neftie, just cut off the conversation and all of them were implying that I AM the fake person (gave them my booking no.) and that my phone number and my address are fake as well.
Those people are badly trained, do not know English well enough to work in the bussiness like this and are very arrogant. Finally, the supervisor corrected my last name but probably not telephone number or my address.
The tickets are really not much cheaper but their customer service is very cheap for sure.

If you have any problem regarding changing the dates they are there to earn from your problem. They will tell you to pay almost the price of new ticket. They seemed to be mostly Indians imitating the names of Americans. They will not give you anything in email, as every one in costumer service will tell you different story and all is team together to frustrate you more. They might be ok if you don't have any trouble. I think they earn from people's troubles not from selling tickets.

I recently tried to make a booking on your website on April 27th. On April 28th I received an email to call in regards to verifying a credit card. After calling back the number as requested that very same day answering some questions that they had no business asking to verify a credit card. Long story short we verified with the bank in Russia and the credit card was not a problem. This whole process took 2 hours. I was told that I would receive a confirmation with the tickets. Today I noticed the credit card was not charged so I called in to confirm that my tickets were purchased. I was informed after another hour on the phone that my tickets were not purchased and I would have to pay an additional $600 plus dollars for the flight I booked on the site and you were supposed to book for me on Friday. I was then transferred to a manager and then finally to the escalation department. Long story short I spent over 3 hours on the phone with you guys to be told that we can't do anything and it's not our fault we didn't book your ticket.
I have now booked this ticket with another online travel with zero issues and instantly received my tickets. Booked with the same credit card and everything. As a regular traveller, I will never book with cheap o air again.

Air travel booking should be 100% refundable if cancelled within 24 hrs. Cheapoair.com charged me $75 cancellation fee even if it was done within 24 hrs.

My original booking with Spirit Airlines went downward they overbooked my flight and I was on line for a long time to get my tickets and 40 mins prior to flight they did not allow me to board the plane and did not have any flights till Monday 4/24, so I was stuck in Orlando with no way home, so I was desperate trying to get the cheapest tickets. While doing my search I found tickets for 820 and while trying to place the order I kept getting calls from your company and while on the phone, I placed the order for the incorrect day instead of Saturday 4/23/17 it gave me Tuesday 4/25, I immediately ask for a refund and they said they would but still charged me 200 I am so so mad never again will I use and nether will my company Windstreem Communications.

I was asking to cancel flight and refun back but they said you're restricted by Airline and you can't get back your money but originally when I spoke with the same airline was told me this was restricted by cheapo so they lied to me I wouldn't recommend for this and would advise to not use there service is just horrible
