I booked a trip to Hawaii that was suppose to start at the begining of Covid. The airline issued a refund, but I had to go through cheapoair to get it. Cheapoair issued a voucher instead of a full refund and charged me $70 just for that. It expired in a year in which time it was impossible to travel. So Cheapoair got to keep my original payment for the flight and the cancellation fee on top of it. This company is hot garbage. It was impossible to talk to anyone on support, their site was constantly crashing and they stole my money.

Twice now, the airline has changed my ticket. Both times I have been forced to accept the changes the airline set or face loosing my ticket and my money. I find this to be not in the interest of good customer service and very rude.

I booked a round trip flight to my home country but due to COVID-19, it was canceled so CheapOair offered me to use that amount of money as credit for future flights. I called to check with CheapOair on June 2020 to see if the credit is expired, could it be extended and the customer service representative said yes.

I never got a chance to use it until now and the credit is expired on Jan 2021 (it's only redeemable for 4 months). So, I contacted Cheapoair for an extension BUT, they keep saying they would submit the request form and tell me to check back after a couple days. Today when I use the chat on Cheapoair, the customer service agent said it got rejected and there is no way CheapOair can compensate me

--> Meaning that I lost more than 700 dollars for nothing and wasting my time for nothing.

DO NOT USE CHEAPOAIR, IT SUCKS
