This site was easy to navigate and about $50 cheaper than the others

Very easy to book flight. I just put in the airports departure & arrival date and I got what I needed.

I don't know how they got 4 plus stars, when they can't even help you when you get your flights canceled. They just say rebook it and charge you more money for it. There customers service very rude does not help to do anything other then hand ball the problem. Fully I got my money back for the flight cancellation. After 2.5hrs on the phone.

Purchased boarding passes were not delivered…called them many time the day before and on the day itself of my flight but no one could help me. I asked for refund and they said they cannot refund it anymore but they couldn't help me with it…

Good service, but most of time after choosing the flight at the end it's showing ticket sold out, it's really unexpected

Cheap and easy straight forward site. Not as confusing than other sites.

I was looking at seats and one was added that I did not intend or want. I could not change it. I tried calling your 24/7 numbers - a bunch of them in US and UK and each one hangs up after answering machine. What's the point of advertising 24/7 contact possibility when I am yet to get a person online or on the telephone?

Im disappointed i can not choose sits without extra payment

The cheapoair website has the worse service ever. Be aware because they are liars. I booked my tickets a month ago for traveling from Albania to Usa, after a week they canceled the half of the trip and asked me to pay more because the airlines canceled the tickets. After a lot of discussions they find me an other ticket but they changed the destination airport.
After two other weeks they changed again my tickets and telling " we can't do nothing because the airline changed the ticket". The layover goes up to 7 hors and 35 min i paid the tickets with a layover 2 hours.
At the time when i booked my tickets i paid more and choose a short layover. The tickets with 7 hours and up were 200$ cheaper.
I try to contact the customer service but they hang up the phone or left me on hold for more than 1 hour. After I reached them they told if you want a tickets with a short layover you have to pay more.
I don't know what to do?
The customer service representative are rude.
They are liars, stealers.
Never never book a ticket with them

I am applaud at your Cheapo Air reservationist attempt to extort extra monies from me, and wouldn't not assist in assigning me a seat even after the mishap online.
I will be issuing a full complaint at this outrageous incident, and the fact that I as a customer couldn't speak with a supervisor because according to Anna "They are all in a meeting and unable"!

I had to change my scheduled flight and noticed there was an error with my name on flight ticket. However, it was nice to be able to speak to a human rather than robot who was eager to resolve the issues.

I found a lot of good options to book my flights. Very good deals on it.
