It is impossible to reach a live agent when an error is made on a reservation. 98 minute wait-time with 28 people in the queue is outrageous! I spent several hours calling multiple phone numbers on CheapOAir's websites and always ended in the same queue. Even the "chat" service will direct you to a "travel agent" which puts you back in the queue.

Easy and simple. Fast. I could read everything. Nice and presentable information!

All I had to do was enter the info. The website did the rest enabling me to choose the perfect departure time.

I tried to cancel my trip, because of pandemic and I can't get my money back. I don't know when I will go again. You are not going to return money and I have to fly within 1 year. Otherwise I am loosing money. Are you kidding? More then $3000. 00. Do you want to loose this amount. Probably not…. I will tell everybody to do not buy from your website. Today 08/3/2021, I spent 5 hours trying to chat with cheapoair costumer service, at this time there are thousands of covid 19 Delta Varient cases, I took my flight on Qatar Airlines from US to Iraq for business on 7/11/2021, during this visit I got covid 19 the delta varient a couple of days from my Return flight back home, I contacted the Airlines and showed them the Positive results and they cancelled my flight and requested to provide them with Negative results after at least 14 days, today I got the Negative test result and contacted cheapoair that I booked the flight on in the first place, after long hours of delaying and waiting they offered me to pay $4000 ( yes four thousand dollars) due to the change in schedule that was happened due to covid at this time where thousands are getting infected by the minutes and all the countries are in the verge of shutting down back again.
I will use every social media to prevent people from getting scammed and I will report the chat to the CDC and the State Department, and I will ask for a lawyer to review the chat for legal steps, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

I made these reservations with traveler protection and I don't have that on my ticket information. I paid for it too! Where is it?

I spent half the day trying to reschedule my flight on the app on the chat session it's so terrible it keep crashing and finally when I get through they were no help they couldn't reschedule my flight so I decided to cancel my flight which I paid almost $1400 for with trip protection and I'm only getting $87 so I decided to call customer service I been put on hold for almost an hour now terrible service never will use this site or at definitely don't recommend
