They are a big scam. They gave me a credit and when I called them to ask they hang up the phone not only one time but multiple times. I will never purchase tickets from this website which is a huge scam.

Pretty easy but we are both elderly and I am Disabled, as it is hard for me to walk, and I did not get a discount for that. I thought it would be a little cheaper as I normally fly Alaska but decided to try your airline, but Alaska was $45 cheaper. I still may go with them, it's a possibility. As for now I think I will go with your airline. Thank you very much.

Awesome website and service. I began using this website by the recommendation of a friend and now I book all my flights with this website.
In November 18th, 2021, I bought a ticket on Cheapoair.com to fly with American Airlines from New York to Bangkok. I paid using Paypal. Hours later I received an email saying my Paypal was denied, something untrue once the full payment was already on hold at my Paypal an at my credit card. I called Cheapoair, and after a long time, they finally told me the problem was that the company (American Airlines) didn't accept Paypal. They told me to go online again and enter my credit card number directly. I unfortunately did it.
They then charged my credit card for the ticket AGAIN. Hours later I received another email saying the flight wasn't available anymore and offering another flight with Turkish Airlines. I NEVER accepted this option. Nonetheless, they charged me AGAIN for this ticket. It took me hours on the phone with many different people on Cheapoair.com, with no reasonable explanation on why I was charged for something I never accepted and for they to finally tell me the money would be reimbursed.
It has been almost two months and the reimbursement wasn't received till now. The two charges for American Airlines, put on hold on my credit card, were released after almost a month, but the charge for the Turkish Airlines ticket wasn't received till now. Cheapoair told me it would be no more than 14 days and almost 2 months have passed.
They clearly asked me for my credit card number to be able to charge me directly for whatever, as they did. They put you on a lot of stress in order for you to try to solve the problems they created. I spent hours on the phone! They keep transfer you to other people and you have to tell the story all over again. Cheapoair.com robbed me, taking my money for something I never bought or accepted.

In the past I do not have any problem when I booking with cheapOair, accepted with Hotel around April last year I call to checked in Hotel Ontario Airport Ca. Hotel can not find my name that hotel, so I lost the money I have to checked in somewhere else that my first experience.

The worst of the worst. I booked a flight for my gf and it got cancelled due to the covid lockdown. While cancelling they offered us a refund or a credit, which they said can be used in any airlines, if we go through cheapoair. But, 6 months later, when we wanted to book the ticket again, they changed thier conditions and did not allow me to use the credit. I had to spend around 1 hour every day for the whole week and still did not get the credit or refund. I talked even with the supervisors, but there wasn't any use at all. I made the agents to mail the supervisors or managers to call me back as there was not any progress on the issue, but guess what happened. Yeah, you're right, no response at all. I suggested this website for my gf, but i will never do that mistake to anyone.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
