The custom service is the worst experience ever. I received an email shown there is a change in my trip. But I cannot see any changes when I login my account. So, I contact customer service. However, the guy on the other side kept asking who is my account holder? I gave him all the details, my email, my full name, account number, even account level and the points I had? But He still insisted I'm not my account holder. LOL. Fix your guy's algorithm to find account holder's name first.
I cannot find how to check my booking,
And I have no recipt for my payment
I think the price I paid is far more than the price i signed up for
I am still on the phone trying to get a correct confirmation email this the sixth person I have talked to and still nothing is correct
Great experience so far, hoping everything goes smoothly. I also have a small dog to go with us, so would be interested in knowing how that works. I know that we have to have them put in a carrier that fits under the seat.

Almost everything was fine. I was trying to use my points for an additional discount. However, payment kept getting declined because I was being told I was using the points on another device. I cancelled everything in the CheapoAir app, logged out, and restarted my phone. I still received the same message.
Overall, cheapo air provides everything you need to guarantee a good international trip. Other travel sites provide only trip protection or an upgrade to include baggage; mostly though, there's no way to upgrade or add on checked baggage, you would actually have to contact the airline.

The customer service is hopeless, as soon as you say, you want to cancel the booking. Website too, does not allow you to cancel. You have to speak to the Agent. And the agent does not respond for an hour. Then after an hour too, you are transferred to another agent! But no one wants to help. Requested to change, and that too, comes with a cost. Even though Cheapoair website shows a cheaper ticket price. Never dealing with them ever again! This would be my last.
My family and I had the worst experience ever with cheapoair.com. I don't recommend at all! Please everyone don't let this horrible company to screw your vacations. They are horrible and unprofessional. I ended up spending more money than I was gonna be paying flying with American Airlines and at the end I had to purchase the return tickets with American Airlines.
I'll make sure that everyone I know would never go through this disappointment and horrible experience.
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
