So far so good. Haven't taken the flight yet, so I can't give you any more details.

A little confusing on selecting seats and the fees associated and the ads for travel assistance and travel protection get to be overwhelming. Other than that the interface was good. First time purchasing tickets for two guests so let's see what happens.

It was an excellent experience. One stop shopping! Flight, Hotel and car rent easy to access all in one location.

They scam people on ticket refunds, they offered only half the amount in credit for future ticket purchase, we booked tickets with one date but after checkout they gave us different dates, so we immediately called to cancel, we asked if they can fix the date but there wos no luck, and they only offered to apply credit for future use, terrible customer service

Need a question answered on confirming seating... Ugh! Hard to get a person on the phone.
Not expecting to pay for my seat. Price of ticket even though it was suppose to be discounted was rather high. I am military and I could not find an option to enter this information and get the 10% discount applied. So many things in getting the flight were so time consuming and unclear.

I think it's easy to use the web page, just choose the place, and dates to travel, and show a list of prices
and airlines company, and just only four steps and I can get my tickets.

My experience with CheapoAir have been amazing, i never have a problem and i have been using them for the past 10 years.

Continue the Great Job. The customer service was very helpful and very professional. They gave me different options to choose from. They explained all the details on my flight step by step even when they sent me my Itinerary to my email.

Found cheaper fairs as against your promise of cheapest fair

Good, but a little complicated due many pop-up windows offering hotels and rental cars in a one way flight.

Still trying to obtain a Boarding pass from online
