Never again to book with this horrible booking site, Terrible customer service, and they even don't know how to speak with their clients, they don't have enough experience. They ask me for my password in my Cheapoair account, they are horrible, I paid money to keep my ticket flight for one year, after six month they mentioned your voucher amount is expired, can you imagine how they ripped me off on this?

The additional fees for every little thing end up making my ticket just as expensive as if I had bought it directly from KLM (which includes those things in the price listed). It is what is called bait and switch.

I brought a ticket to my destination but when I checkin they only give me 1 ticket to Japan I ask for my ticket to my destination, they said they don't know about that so I cancelled my flight and call cheapoair the agent say I can have my credit to brought another flight which I need to pay for the difference. But today another call me say I don't have any credit so I need to pay full price if I want to go. So becarefull when booking with cheapoair.
