Convenient and easy to navigate. Good deals. We have been booking with CheapOAir for years now and we haven't had any problems.

I tried to get answers to my questions om checking in for my flight online. I talked to a computer for a while and then asked for an agent. I ended up waiting for more than 20 minutes waiting for an agent and gave up.

Quick and easy! I've used Cheapo for several years now. Usually find just what I'm looking for quickly. Would like to have the option to upgrade from Basic Economy like in the past.

Site continually trying to get me to take extras wont let me book seats after taking payment and going round in circles!

I had picked the fare that you suggested twice When I clicked confirmed and book, it will say "the flight is not available". You gave me another flights which the price is higher and higher. The price was $200 higher when I finally booked. In addition, the promote code I entered MAY23 was not working. I also called and spoke with your staff twice and got disconnected. Non of the people called me back even thought I gave them my phone #.

Easy to figure out flights. I only wish the pop-up ads would stop.

But, I did not like the changes on the long layover at Atlanta airport. I bought a non stop flight back and forth but Frontier did the itinerary changes to our flight.
