Customer service doesnt exist,
They overcharge on payment.
They sell you misleading tickets.
Ask them anything technical to do as a change or cancellation and they will make you wait for hours and then log off.
They will deny you a refund even when the airline refunds it and to top it they will deduct a commission out of it.
Excellent experience with the your product. Applying online is easy.

THE SERVICES WAS QUITE FAST BUT I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVE MY ELECTRONIC TICKET, I TRIED TO CALL BUT STILL NO ONE IS ATTENDING TO ME YET. KINDLY CALL BACK TO CONFIRM MY TICKET.
They are not clear about price. I thought they offer good price and in final stage after payment they show that they deducted too much more as the prices were USD and they changed to AUD. It was not mentioned before payment finished. The default is AUD when you buy a ticket in Australia. They hide it to convince people purchase from them.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
