Easy site...but just a bit stressful when you finally pick your best option and it says its not avail after you put in your details to book...and having to review all the other options to pick the next / closest one. Wish it wasn't showing what is not available.
We booked a car rental with cheapOair and when we arrived in Cancun the car rental that cheapOair sold to us ask for more money to be able to drive away from the airport. It was 9:30 at night we did not get out of their till midnight, the additional money they were requesting for us to receive the car we had already paid for went from 2500 to 1000 american more. Then on top of that they wanted an additional 650 as a hold for possible accidents. The price kept shifting until we finally had to walk away with no car. CheapOair did not help in anyway and said they would review in 3 to 5 days. After the 5 days they said they would not refund our money for the car we did not use. We ended up having to hire another car. There was zero customer service and i would never recommend using cheapOair. In addition, Hertz is known to scam people in mexico when they come to pick up their car, do a web search! Shame on CheapOair for being in partnership with this company! Oh and don't trust cheapOair reviews they only post the postive ones. I will say that the flights we booked with them were great!
Every flight/ connection was on time! No problems at all.
