When I first booked my flight my dates were wrong. Then I contacted one of your representative and she/he tried to help me, however when I had the right dates I lost the connection. So I talked to a lady and she did help.

Booking was OK...but after confirmation I got a call trying to us sale more travel protections, for a fee of course. My question is, if the service is so bad that you have to buy insurance to protect yourself, man o man :). .I would never have made if I delivered my services so poorly.
