Don't know y it needs to b 50 whuteverz. The young lady was patient and helpful. Regaurdless of my difficulties even knowing which airport I would b leaving from. Anyways yeah tha service was on point. I just hope I can make my flight kuzz I don't have a physical copy of my i.d. and have to deal with TSA go be able to board this flight. Wish me luck.

I have used this service before and was happy, however recently I had a ticket for a trip and I fell prior to the trip. I have 5 broken toes. So I cancelled my trip. I had purchased 'insurance' in case something like this happened. What a joke! They gave me a credit for another flight and now I read on the credit invoice that I cannot get a refund. It's all a scam. I tried to call cheapoair and was on hold for a long time. In addition to the scam of the insurance I have also noticed that the purchase amount on my ticket does not match up to my invoice from my CC. There are fees galore on my CC statement for CheapOAir. I will not use this company again.
Cheapoair does not work with insurance, you needed to file a claim with Tripmate if that is who the policy is with, the insurance company is responsible for paying out the claim. You can find the policy # and the details on how to reach them via the PDF file that was included in your confirmation.
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
