I received an email stating the schedule has been changed to 15:14. It gave me several options w/o charge. I select through ATL, which arrives before 10 am to PBI. But it said you agreed on changes to PBI at 15:14. Why cheat me? The same story happens several times when the airline schedule changes.

We do see that you booked this on Aug. 11 and tickets were issued and email confirmation sent with the ticket numbers, you opened it on Aug.11 there was never any text or email sent to you from us stating the flights were cancelled, you called us on Aug. 13 and we also advised this. You should never book another reservation with someone else without first calling to see what was going on with the original reservation. Unfortunately your booking with us was non refundable you could have called the other company and cancelled with them.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
