After spending 45 minutes on a worthless chat and and 45 minutes on the phone because my family in Brazil missed a flight, CheapOair promised to credit previous fare but then wanted to charge me more to reschedule than it was to buy a new advertised fare on their website on the same dates! I declined and booked with Expedia. They are a SCAM! Do not use!
Good I give better report when we fly my son made reservations for us and we were contacted right away

So far so good and pretty easy experience, used a different site in the past now they offer a price and call you when they can't meet that price
