Twice I have tried to book with them and both times they have come back to me and told me if I wanted to continue with my booking it was going to cost hundreds more they say it is the airlines fault I have booked hundreds of flights with several other booking agencies, and never had this problem before

It took three days to get my reservation code - then the day before I was to fly out I discovered they had canceled my flight and never notified me. Do NOT use this outfit. They are awful.

Called me and gave me limited time to decide weather I was going to pay 100% more on the agreed upon price. Argued that otherwise, they could not refund me eventhough they had never really charged my card. Dissapointing and frustrating.

Here we go, had flight from Toronto to Vancouver I waited for flight for around 6 hours there were keep asking that flight got delayed I waited there like nothin nd then got meassage that your flight us cancelled said we are really sorry and said we can refund the while cost with extra 30 dollars then I try to get with manager that person wasted our 1 hours on hold then said sorry we can't do anything nd said you are out of time to get refund I was like what the hell he is talking THEY ARE THE SCAMMER STAY AWAY FROM THEM PLZ

I booked 2 months in advance and upon check out it offered financing through Uplift. I booked it and got financed and 3 days before the flight, Cheap Flights canceled the booking and I'm still paying on Uplift. I had to scramble and book another flight. Do NOT use them

Charged 824.00 to fly economy from San Francisco to San Diego on United Airlines. Happen to check on United Airlines website and found that cheap flights charged more than $400.00 more than the actual airline. Called them to cancel and was told of a 200.00 cancellation fee. People please don't use so called CheapFlights! More like RIP-OFF Flights,

I have to cancel my flight for an emergency! They didn't want me to change the days and no money back and also they sold me an insurance and they insurance don't cover anything. They stole me $1500. No recommend! And is no cheap too.

A day after I booked the flight I received a call that the price of my flight went up. Spent $100 more. I recommend looking for cheap flights on their website but don't book it with them. Then go to the airline website and book that same flight without extra fees.

I followed up a lead for a flight offered through Cheap flights. Payment for the booking was quite early in the normal booking process I have ever done, so I was immediately suspicious. I called the number to ask how much luggage was included. It wasn't. Seat arrangements? No map? It's done over the phone.
I hung up.
Cheap flights have lost me. Clean up your act.

Worst Company Ever. They said ticket not showing up. However the proof of the ticket is attached. Total fraud.

Paid extra for refundable tickets, when I tested positive for COVID-19 I needed to get a refund for my booking, they absolutely REFUSED even though I paid extra for refundable tickets! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Thinking I was calling Delta reservations I was told by the guy that they worked for delta they were a delta representative so I made reservations going to Brazil for me and a friend and we both were on the line come to find out they charge us $1498 round trip and delta had it for$1100. They had an up charge of over $400. They call me the next day and said I they needed more money because they had made a mistake. They are a rip off artist, do not use this site.

I missed my connecting flight at Newark and was told to contact Cheap Flights for a refund. I had to purchase 6 tickets to get to my destination. I contacted them and received a refund but had to pay $50 cancellation fee per passenger. I had 1 year to use my refund. When I tried to use my refund I was informed that they could not give me the refund and am waiting for my cancellation fee to be returned to my bank account. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking to fly for less. Go directly through the carrier you wish to fly with because this stress is not worth the savings.

A few days ago I tried booking with cheaptickets.com. I bought tickets from Brownsville, Texas to LAX. The tickets were $249 each and was cheaper than the regular price of $334. I booked the flights on cheap tickets, so it was cheaper. I had bought 3 of them, so my total was around $750. Then after paying I get an email with a reference code and it says two call Aaron Keith at *******489 ext:1003 to confirm flights, so that is what I did. I called and got transferred to Keith. He then said that the flights I got were not available anymore, but they can get me 3 tickets to another flight for $1200. I was, so confused and mad, so I told them I just wanted to cancel my flights then all around. He then said, there will be $25 dollar cancellation fee per ticket, so I told him that's fine I'll just dispute it with my bank and ended the call. I really think they just scam to either charge your more for flights or to get money for cancelling them!

Found tickets online for $559, booked the flights only to be called back by an operator to inform me that they couldn't honor the price they had online. They then proceeded to tell me I had to Pat $200 over the online price. I refused the offer for them to tell me it would be a $50 charge per person for cancelling a flight they couldn't honor. Spent 40 mins. Arguing with a a man that could barely speak English and continued to talk over me. Terrible customer service and very dishonorable site. It's a SCAM! I will be reporting to the BBB.if I could leave a -2 review I would

This we use is cool thanks for everything and making it quick easy and cheap. I couldn't find a good enough site till I found this one.

Bought tickets. They called 3 days later to say they could not honour the flights an I would have to pay 1500 more or wait a week for a refund. Stay away from this site. Very dishonest.

Quickly canceled my tickets when I changed my mind about the ticket after reading all of the negative reviews.

This company sells flights they don't actually have - and may not be able to get. You'll think you've purchased a ticket (so you stop looking) and then you'll get a call saying they can't get you that price after all - that you'll need to fly out of a different city, or fly on a different day. It's a MAJOR SCAM. Please don't fall for it!

Cheap flights charged us full price on a flight change due to a death in the family. We were able to get the flight through United and only pay the difference. Before united changed the flight for us, we were told that the flight was not changed. I was told to call cheap flight back and ask for a refund and shouldn't have an issue since it was within 24 hours. I called cheap flights back and they refused to give a refund and said if he canceled the flight, we would still have to pay the full price plus have no flight. I asked for them not to cancel the flight and I would pursue a refund at a later date, the agent said they have no refund policy and he was canceling the flight. I asked him not to again. He canceled the flight. I called United and explained what happened. They reinstated my flight. A while later, I got an email saying the flight was canceled again. I called united and it was canceled. They had reinstated again. Hopefully I don't have any issued again. But DO NOT USE CHEAP FLIGHT DEALS. Very unethical and will take your money.
