I ordered personalized mason jars only to get delivered someone else's order. I messaged cheap favor and they said they would have ups pick them up and ship the correct jars to me. Just opened the new box AND THEY ARE THE SAME JARS THAT ARE SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER. THIS IS A JOKE COMPANY... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANYTHING THEY ARE SELLING. THE WORST PART IS THAT POOR GIRL PROBABLY ISNT GETTING HER JARS BC THE DATE WAS 7/24. IT IS ACTUALLY MY MISTAKE BC I DIDNT READ CUSTOMER REVIEWS BEFOREHAND. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE

Stay away!

Stay away from this company unless you want headaches. I have been waiting for my order for over a month. Each week I am being told that my order will ship this week but I'm still waiting!

THIS WEBSITE IS BAD! DO NOT BUY I bought my wedding party favors and when I received them it was not what I had requested!. They did not take them back or give me a refund. BAD BUSSINESS PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I HOPE BUSSINESS CLOSES DOWN

My wife ordered party favors February 5 for my sons first birthday March 10. Their site says ships within 1 week... that was a lie, the ignored all emails and calls got directed to an answering machine that they never return. We got an email March 3rd saying that items will be shipped March 8. And that we would receive package March 14th. We tried to call and email them but only got an email apologizing for the screw up and that we could get a refund and no party favors or 50% refund and the party favors when the cane in on the 14th. They were sorry because they were short staffed and things got messed up. If your company can't handle the order do to staffing issues you should close shop and/or stop taking orders. Also they hide behind emails. You can speak to a representative about placing an order, but not when your sons birthday is about to be ruined and they need to make things right.

Do not support or trust these people. We did order our favors for our baby shower and everyone loved them. Even then they sent the wrong sized boxes but they responded in a timely and according fashion. This time however they showed no interest or loyalty to their returning customers and left us high and dry. Worst customer service ever and I hope my review spares someone else the embarrassment of dealing with these people!

Buyer Beware

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order on December 31,2015 and was told that my order would be shipped in seven business days. Not true, on day ten I called and emailed the company there was no response. Two days later I received an email saying that my order was being processed. My event was in four days, I was in panic mode so I called and emailed again no response. The coasters arrived the day before my event and they were incorrect. Yes I tried to contact them and you guessed it no response. Finally today I get a live person Claire I emailed her and showed her what I ordered and what was received. She said that they will credit my account. I am waiting for that to happen. I don't believe it will.

I ordered 72 personalized mason jars for my wedding. I paid $160 for these. I okayed my proof and everything was going fine until I received my shipment. The shipment came with three boxes inside of a big box. The second I picked it up you could hear all the broken glass and there were shards coming out of the main box. I opened the box and atleast 20 if not more of my mason jars were broken. Whoever had packed them didn't put anything inside the boxes to protect the glass NOTHING (no paper, bubbles, inserts, anything). It took me an hour to clean up all the broken glass out of the boxes and my floor. I called about this and they said they would send me 20 new mason jars and they were sorry for the inconvenience. This was on November 16th- I contacted them again December 15th because I hadn't heard anything and they said something had been missed and they would rush the new jars to me ASAP and I would have them by the end of the week. On January 6th I still had not heard anything or gotten my shipment so I emailed again. The response I got was that the person doing my order got rushed to the hospital and no one else knew about my order. This is after I was emailing two different people and calling (although you call them and wait on hold for ten minutes only to get a voicemail where no one will return your call- I called at least 5 times where this happened). The person who emailed me back apologized again and said she would get me 20 more mason jars in the mail that week. I received my mason jars yesterday (January 19th) and they sent me 18 and the personalization was about the size of a nickel and nothing like what my first ones were. I seriously think they were playing a joke on me for how messed up this was. I contacted them again and asked for my money back because I would rather just go to a different company at this point and the response I got was, if I ship them back to them (with my own money) they will refund me my $160 but that is only after I pay the $40 in shipping to send them back or they can give me back 50% of my money because that is company policy. Not once have I seen this company use any policys and I want my money back. Please, if you are thinking this company is a good deal do not do it. It is a hassle and will make your wedding favors look cheap and ugly. Please take a look at the pictures I posted to prove what they did to me.

The mason jar on the left is what I received yesterday and the mason jar on the right is the original. Below are the four boxes that my jars came in and that is exactly what they looked like when I opened them- no packaging at all

I placed an oder for custom glassware for our upcoming wedding, and customer service is horrible! I was under a tight time line and it has taken over 4 days to communicate back and forth with this company. I have requested rush shipping and they have STILL not contacted me so I can pay the additional charges and confirm the order! Now time is running out and I won't be able to have anything! Terrible customer service, and stay away if you are in a hurry for anything!

The team over at cheapfavorshop is awesome, I needed to have wine glasses made for a wedding for my daughter. I spoke with Jason and he helped me throughout the entire process, these are not people just looking to try and make a dollar, these are people who are there to provide a service and it may have very well have been the best customer service I have ever experienced
Justin was compassionate to my loss, he understood the importance of what this memorial game meant to me and having the right tee shirt made,
He delivered big time, he provided quotes, he made suggestions that even helped me save money as well as get the most out of my money.
They Delivered! Literally the quality of the shirt and the design exceeded my expectations and I will be using cheapfavorshop again!

DANGER! KEEP AWAY!

I ordered favors for my wedding on November 3, i'm writing this on Nov. 23rd and i STILL don't have my favors for my wedding on November 28. When i finally got someone on the phone, i asked WHEN my order would be shipped and he told me i could have them shipped to the place i'm having my wedding and they MIGHT get there by Friday (the day after Thanksgiving). He did mention that they COULD overnight them for between $800-$1000. After discussing with my irate fiancee i called back and had to leave a voicemail (again) and told them if i won't have these things, at my house by Wednesday (Nov. 25) that i want my money back. The only reason i'm giving them one star is because it won't let me give them none. Please do not order from these jokers!

I ordered 9 oz. Stemless wine glasses in blue. Received a photo proof and approved it as it looks great. However, the glasses came in silver and I put one of them in the dishwasher on "Light/China" and almost all of the painting came off! I have been calling and emailing for 4 days with no response other than a computer generated email saying they'd be back in touch within 24 hours. This was for client Christmas gifts so now after paying them money up front, I'm screwed.

Horrible Service
November 5, 2015

After 3 weeks of going back and forth with this company we have decided to cancel an order that we never actually placed. We decided to upload our own image for a mason jar and although the design was never ok'd they still went and charged our CC. Horrible policy! Could you at least let me see my design first before charging me? Emails back and forth were sporadic at best, with no one ever resolving anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

AWFUL SERVICE!

I ordered wedding favors over a month ago and I still haven't received them! I called and spoke with the customer service manager Jason and NOTHING was resolved. He indicated that they were short staffed and now the customer is suffering. HE states that I can't have my money returned because I ordered personalized items... so basically Cheapfavors took my money without providing any goods or services... I'm contacting The Better Business Bureau.

I purchased 130 of the stemless wine glasses, personalized for my wedding. I had mistakenly submitted the wrong text that I wanted, so I emailed and called them and left a message asking to change the text before the order went to production. A few days later I received an email that the text would be changed. I received the glasses in just a few short weeks. They changed the text as I requested, and sent 5 additional glasses above what I ordered and none were broken in shipping. The glasses were smaller than appeared in the picture, and on each and every glass the text is printed crooked, and the "1" in 2016 has a gap on every glass. Additionally, the text was proportionally smaller on the glass than pictured (I bought the same text as the picture).

Horrible. Do NOT ever buy anything from them. I ordered customized (painted) wine glasses. I did not get a confirmation email. I got a shipping notification without any details about my order. I washed the glasses the morning of the party and the paints completely faded. I have been calling the customer service number since then and nobody answers the phone. It has been over a week of calling multiple times a day, including evenings.

I ordered stemless wine glasses for my engagement party. I absolutely love them! I ordered 40 and they sent 43 just in case one broke in transit. When they were delivered, only one was broken. I would definitely use their services again!
