I gave CR 12 days to process, ship and deliver my order, but nothing happened. I had to call the customer service to cancel it and waited for 11 days more, and nothing happened, too. I called them again and THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 5 DAYS.
KIDDING ME? THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE SH**!
I purchase the Tube AllOver Gold Shimmer Jumpsuit to wear to a party, soon as I got home and attempted to put the Jumpsuit on the defective cheap zipper didn't stay zipped up. I'm truly glad I had purchased another item the same visit. The purchased item was the Sleeveless Mess Pieced Sparkly Dress and it was an absolute mess. The shimmering gold was all over my face, hair, everything it touched including the inside of my expensive leather coat, if I greeted someone with a hug it got all over them. I will never shop for anything of this nature from Charlotte Russe ever again. The quality is very very cheap made.
I placed an order back in September, I accidentally left out my suite number and called right away. I spoke to Sherrie and she refused to change my address or stop my order. I had to have my item return back to CR. Ugh! Two months later now in November, they finally emailed me with a refund... Two Months! On top of the late refund, I spoke to Sherrie again and disputed the $6.99 return fee since I made efforts to correct my address. She said its impossible to do anything about the fee. Impossible? Hmm or maybe just a lazy emplyee. Anyways, she told me it wasn't their fault I left out the suite number. Well, CR, I see where we stand... No Way Will I Shop Here Again.
Received 2 of the 5 items i was suppose to get in the mail, terrible customer service, told me i had to file a police report which is bull$#*!! Took so long to get my items in the mail (my two items of the 5), i shop here all the time, will never order from you again you shouldn't even call yourself a company disgusting

I place a order today I called back in 1. Hour to cancel my order because web ordering I sent it to the wrong address the agent told me I can't cancel because it wasn't within 15 mins so I said what do I do she told me to let them bring the item to the wrong address one I don't get it for me
To call back in report it I told her he'll no why would y'all let it go to the wrong address if I'm telling you now it's not correct she said there's. Nothing they can do I ask for a manager she said sorry don't have one you can speak when I said wow so y'all don't have manager to take escalated calls she said she would have to send him a email to call me
Back I ask when would that be she said she don't know because she don't know how many People he have in the front of me to call. I told I never heard of such thing. But I will never in Life Oder from them again
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, even paid for expedited shipping. They sent me a skirt and blouse instead. Obviously they screwed up, and besides I didn't get the shoes I needed in time. Called customer service and was told that I needed to take the items to the store for refund. At first they told me I needed to get a police report! I said hell no! This is your fault. I am NOT getting any police report. So after asking to speak with a supervisor the agent then tells me that their policy states that I need to go to a Charlotte Russe near me and return the items and ask for a refund. This is bull$#*!! I'm NOT doing that. They screwed up, so they need to fix this. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!
I have ordered from CR many times over the years as well as shopped there. It was my favorite my store and I've never had a single complaint. WHAT has happened to this company?! I was missing an item from my order so after days of being on hold with customer service their response was literally, "I don't know what to do." how about refund my money?! They said they would email me a form to fill out to get my money refunded OR be charged again for the missing item then be refunded "later on". Seriously. BEWARE. Also, with my order I received a random pair of boots I didn't even order. Sigh.
Had to return items. Used the return label they provided. Dropped at post office. Box got lost. I called charlotte russe to get tracking number from label they provided me with. They don't know it! So merchandise is just gone. No credit. No one will work with me. Horrible. If they give you the label they should be able to track return. Horrible attitude on the phone. Done with this company.
I live in Canada. I have order from CR about 4 times last year. The service was good and delivery was free if your purchase was over $50 dollars. I always found clothing in my size. And shoes true to size. Now they charge $20 usa dollars to ship to canada and that has prevented me from ordering items from this site. And lastly all the terrible reviews this company is going foun hill... too bad
This place is the worst place to order online I am never ordering from this store again or even shopping here I place a order called 2 hours later and stated that I use my old address by mistake because I didn't update my paypal and the rep basically just told me I'm s. O. l terrible customer service
I bought a few items from Charlotte Russe and it said it was delivered but I never received the order. I called fedex and contact the usps as well but no one can locate my package. I called Charlotte Russe and explained the situation. The only thing they told me can be done is for me to file a police report since my order was over $50. I told them I did not wanted to do that and they are responsible for my order. Since I don't want to file a police report, I basically lost my money. Charlotte Russe is responsible. This is bad customer service. Thanks for nothing CR.
I order some stuff since July 2016. However my order was duplicated cause I didn't receive my confirmation email until days after
And they refused to cancel it
Ask for my refund, on the 16 September 2016 they said I will see it on my account in 5-10 business days.
It's now the 10th October and I'm still waiting

HORRIBLE!
This is my first and last order from Charlotte Russe. I ordered a pair of SIZE 6 boots, I double checked it and placed the order. The order history says I ordered a SIZE 10. I contacted them and they said I can't cancel the order or get the size changed even tho it hasn't even shipped. They won't even email me back. I'm super disappointed because the boots were actually cute. I've never had a store or company be so complicated to contact for an error.
My order was supposed to come in multiple packages but the only problem is one one my packages never came in! I tracked it online and it said it was delivered. So I emailed them everyday for 5 days about it. No response. Then I called their customer service and they told me to get in touch with fedex, do of course I called for them to tell me I need to call ups. Yet again I made another phone call for ups to tell me they can't give me any shipping information unless I am the business that's sending it out and that I have to get in touch with them. So again I called Charlotte Russe and they told me I have to call fedex again! I had told them I already did that and they said that there was nothing they can do! How is there nothing anyone can do? My package that I spent my money on is lost and no ones going to take their part and so right for their customers? This is the worst experience I've ever had with online shopping.
Honestly, I love Charlotte Russe clothing, but I've had two negative experiences with online ordering in the past month. Recently, I ordered a pair of booties, and out of nowhere I get an email stating that due to a "technical issue," my order had to be cancelled and I'll receive my money back in 3-5 days. Then come to find out that indeed it was not cancelled and the shoes were sent to my place, however because I thought they were cancelled, I went ahead and ordered a new pair. Now I'm stuck with two of the same shoes! And I have to make the time to go return them in store and as a busy student I don't have that time! Then when I call customer service (who was really nice about it) they said they couldn't find my order in their system at all, like it never even happened. Iv'e had this happen twice, where they cancelled my order but charged me anyways and then they couldn't find my order number in the system. The CEO of Charlotte Russe needs to hear about this problem or scam or whatever it is and fix this right away because they are losing business because of it!
I bought an electronic gift card online and had it delivered to a friend via email. After the first week of my friend not receiving the gift card I called the company and they said they couldn't do anything for me as the gift card status was showing that it was being delivered. I've waited 2 weeks now and still the gift card was never sent. Charoltte Russe basically stole my money and never sent the electronic gift card. Highly frustrated. Terrible Customer Service! Will never shop here again!
Everytime I order dresses from Charlotte Russe, their sizing is inconsistent. I am a petite small girl, and nowhere else I have issues with sizings staying consistent. However, multiple times, the smalls of the dresses I ordered were beyond tight, and this time it was too big. I just don't understand how sizes of clothes of one company could vary so greatly.
First time shopper@ CR online and especially disappointed. I ordered three dresses. Two of the dresses are way too small even though I measured myself and went by their size chart. I mean they are so small that you can't even call them plus size. I can't even get them on. The third dress although the same size as the other two, fit perfectly. However, there is a flaw on it. A line running down the back that is obviously a flaw. So out of the three dresses none of them are wearable. Also, the fabric is of very poor quality. I notice that CR sells cheap clothes from China. I looked at other sites who sell clothes from China and the items are identical. CR just puts their own label on them. Oh AND, I had my eye on a certain dress and looked at the website (several times) while the dress was on sale. They only had 1x and 2x available; the 3x and 4x sizes were not even listed, it's as if the dress only came in the two sizes. I wanted to order it but in light of my first purchase, I hesitated. THEN, I went to look again and the sale was over, BUT guess what, once the sale was over they listed 3x and 4x as available sizes. I think CR withholds the most popular sizes during the sale and re-introduces them once the sale is over. Of course they could say anything... like the shipment didn't arrive or whatever. WE would never know the truth. In any case, I do not like this company. They use sales tactics that are not customer friendly and they provide inferior products that they pass off as quality stuff. I should have known that this is not a site to purchase from as they do not have customer reviews on their own website. They obviously don't want to hear from the customer and they do not wish others to hear from the customer either. All around very very bad!
I do a lot of online shopping and have been ordering from Charlotte Russe for years now. In the 5+ years I've been ordering from them I've had 2-3 complaints but I always brushed it off because I really love their clothes and honestly customer service was not so bad (except once when I received a top with one sleeve shorter than the other and customer service was "Sorry") well it has finally happened to me, I'm going through the worst customer service experience ever! Out of no where CR cancels my order without ever even sending an email informing me of that. I found out because the CR charges are no longer showing up on my credit card's recent activity/purchases. I emailed them plenty of times asking for a tracking number, almost a whole week later I see the charges have disappeared from my credit card but never even got an email from them giving me a reason as to why they cancelled my order. 5 years I never had a major problem with my order let alone have it canceled. Not only that, I also purchased a $55 egift card for my cousin's birthday that was supposed to be emailed immediately. I purchased it on 9/9/2016 they charged my credit card but never sent her the email with her egift card(I've checked her email/junk folder) Again I emailed them plenty of times and NOTHING! I'm going to call their customer service and have the credit card charges disputed. I cannot believe what a headache this has been. I was a very loyal customer but lately CR is very unprofessional they have definitely lost my business. How can they just take your money and not give you anything in return but a major headache.
