Purchased this generator for power failures very happy. This will keep my refregirator and freezer working.

Excellent product. Easy to assemble. I am 81 yrs old and had no problems with assembly and operating it. Love it.

Been using champion generators for at least 13 years works great. Our generators stay out in open year round use them weekly 2 - 5 hours at a time of continious run time,just keep filters clean change oil keep it topped off and it will give you years of service.especially if you don't keep it out in open weather like ours.

Purchased the Champion generator for emergencies in Nebraska. Test ran it and it started easy and ran great. I hope we don't ever need it but I am glad we purchased it.

Engine has plenty of power but some times it will surge. Especially after being used for about an hour.

THEIR ORIGINAL STD GENERATORS WERE PRETTY GOOD AND IT TOOK 5 MINS TO TALK WITH SUPPORT...NOW THEIR INVERTER GENERATORS SUCK AND IT TAKES 1 TO 8 HOURS TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE...SO YOU SEE WHAT IS GOING ON HERE...I SMELL A BANKRUPTCY IN THEIR FUTURE...THIS GEN HAS SMOKED FOR THE 100 HOURS OF USE I HAVE PUT ON IT...THEIR SUPPORT NO LONGER ANSWERS EMAILS...THEIR AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTERS WANT MONEY TO PERFORM WARRANTY WORK...STILL NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT...YOUR BEST BET IS TO FILE A BBB COMPLAINT...IN ORDER TO COVER THEIR EQUIP DEFECTS THEY USUALLY TAKE CARE OF YOU FROM THAT COMPLAINT IN ORDER TO KEEP THEIR HI BBB RATING...WHICH IS ALSO A FRAUD...THIS CO HAS GONE TO HELL IN A HAND BASKET...TOO MANY DIFFERENT GENS...TOO MANY OPTIONS BEFORE THEY HAD IT DOWN PAT...NOW THEY WILL GO TO THE COURTS TO GET OUT OF THIS MESS...

The 4500 Champion Generator had easy instructions to follow. I took the mounting brackets off the unit easily. I filled the crankcase with the oil supplied with the generator from the factory. I put some fuel in it turned the gas on and the choke, gave it one pull and it started.
Really smooth.

If you are looking for a small, but compact powerful generator/invertor this is a perfect product! I live in Florida and I am looking forward to many years of use. Champion is a reliable company. Thanks so much.

So easy to set up this generator and get it going. Can't stress how happy we are knowing we have the reassurance with the power outages that seem to be happening far too often now.

I bought my first champion generator model # *******.
I have been told a lot of bad things about champion equipment. And I mean a lot of bad. Like everyone times are hard with money. I have a a small wood shop at my house. Just a hobby. But the funny thing is a lot of kids in my neighborhood ask me if they can make something. I'm not going to turn down a kid that would like to learn.
I make stuff right for the log.
Because I can find lots and lots of fallen trees of all different types.
And the cost of electricity is getting higher.
So I have been using this generator almost everyday. And happy to say my electricity bill has gone down.
In the manual it tells me around 11 hours of running time on a tank of gas. Well I'm getting around 12 and 1/2 hours very happy with this good job champion company
I will say after the first start that took around 4 pull starts. And even in the cold weather it starts on first pull.
I bought this generator. Because my old one gave out. And I was not happy with. I will not say the company of my old one.
But your generator is so much better than the old one. And the price was what I could afford. It's not as big as my last one. But it works like a horse plowing the fields lol

I am the owner of 3 Champion generators. A 4500/3650 watt open frame for construction and a pair of 2500 watt, duel fuel, inverters for my RV power needs. All have performed flawlessly for several years. I see no need for considering one of the pricier brands. A very satisfied customer.

I purchased the Tri - Fuel 8000 generator for the simple fact that I love the idea of using natural gas! I live in the Northeast of Ohio & it seems like the storms (winter or summer) are getting more intense. We may not get a ton of storms, but they're worse. After assembling my generator (maybe 10 minutes), I put gasoline into the tank, used the electric start & it started up pretty quick. Btw, the electric start is another great feature & the noise level isn't bad at all. I added a Transfer Switch & ran a natural gas line from my basement to the outdoors to where I plan on setting my Champion. I haven't had to opportunity to use it, other than testing everything out. Truth be told, I am so impressed with my purchase! I will be more than happy to write a new review after an emergency use, I'm sure it'll do great! Thank you.
