Very easy to start! I am surprise the generator is light and easy to moove. The noise is not too strong.

It was easy to assemble, came with the right amount of oil and the funnel Crazy easy it looks great and after I put fuel in it just 2 easy pulls on the cord, it was off and running smooth as silk. I have never been so impressed with an out of the box ready to go gen set.

We had an ice storm recently and we lost power for over 6 days.This was the best generator we could have asked for. We were able to go from gas to propane back and forth (propane was cheaper) and we were able to run everything we needed. We are currently having it hooked directly into our natural gas line to make it even easier. Thank You so much

I bought a champion pressure washer and it worked great for what i needed it for would recommend this product to my friends

First of all don't buy anything gas powered from menards! If you put gas and oil in it and it doesn't work they will not exchange it. Champion on the other hand was great to deal with. We bought a generator that was damaged during shipping and didn't realize it until we put gas and oil in it and it would not start. So we took it back to menards for an exchange and they told us they won't exchange it because of the gas and oil. So we contacted Champion and they got ahold of menards and told them to exchange it. So quess what, menards still ended up with the damaged generator lol morel of the story is go with Champion and stay away from menards.

After reading the owner's manual and following the steps, setting up the generator and running it was easy.
Recommend this product to my friends and family.

We bought our champion at royal king in cross lanes west virginia the service was pretty good over all. But I did get the wrong cord but was on me lol. Kooked up and ready to run,

I have used this every time utility power goes out. I have used LPG and Regular unleaded gas. It has always started first pull, even day one out of the box. The AC volts output has always been over 220 even in a 30 Amp load. The auto load speed adjustment throttling has been so minimal that it seems to be always on the factory set RPM. I have used fuel treatment in my gas cans, and have used this gas from those cans that I had dated over 1 year old. No issues, first pull start, no speed fluctuation, full power. The noise can be heard in the house, I have no close neighbors, even if, the place I live sees power outages from high winds often. This unit works better than I expectated, or some reviews said. Hey, it's a Champion. BYW, I am at 5,000 ft. Elevation.

I buy a champion generator model # *******-1 and runs very nice run on gasoline and propane I use it on my rv and is very quiet and fuel saver

Great value for the price. I purchased the umbrella as well. Easy step by step instructions on everything. The heavy duty extension offered does not work without the proper adaptor.

Just in case the power goes off my son bought me this Champion generator as a back up system. It is well constructed and starts easily, i have only used it to run power tools to make sure it works. I actually hope i do not have to use it because that means I do not have any electricity.
