Great ordering experience. Your team helped me complete the design on back side of coin and the graphic looked better than I had imagined. Pricing and other option details were readily apparent. The whole process was very easy to follow, and encouraged me to get the order placed. Being a veteran, I'm familiar with the challenge coin concept and have seen many cool looking coins. The only negative thing during the whole experience was that the emails were being blocked. Once I figured that out, it was smooth sailing! I communicated mainly through email and didn't have to wait long at all for a reply. Even the proofs came back quickly.
Great system...7 proofs later we had Final...I am expecting the arrival of a high quality Challenge Coin one of these days that the Department will be proud to carry...
As with my first order of coins, the process was smooth and quick. I referenced the proofs from the previous order and my desired revisions to get the process started and we worked through several revisions for my second order. The turnaround for my revisions was rapid. When I was happy, I called Challenge Coins Limited to ask one more question about a detail. I was at the point where I needed to talk to a human. Like last time, Victoria answered the phone. She was able to answer my question and once it was answered and no more revisions were necessary, I told Victoria I was ready to order the coins and we walked through the order and payment smoothly.
Update: My coins arrived yesterday, 8/14/18, and they are stunning and a really nice product. I will be proud to swap this coin with other veterans or give them as gifts to special people in my life, including veterans I meet frequently while volunteering at the Tucson VA. Without a doubt, those who receive the coins are impressed with the quality and appearance.
