My experience with Challenge Coins Limited was great. They were very courteous, very punctual responding to my many requests for design changes and very patient considering the many changes I requested as they finalized my coins' graphic designs. I just wished they could have made more recommendations during the graphic design phase; however, I understand they are somewhat constrained when it comes to making recommendations.
Overall, I am very pleased with the support they provided designing and producing my coins.
I would highly recommend Challenge Coins Limited to anyone seeking such support.
While I understand you can't guarantee delivery dates, it would be nice to have some sort of turnaround estimate included in the order experience to save me the time to get that. I'll definitely be asked, and it's better to say "estimated delivery is..." than "no guarantee"! Also: I somehow thought I was buying from Americans, but my coins shipped from China-I guess that's why the price was so good...
